Hvad er det, der fastholder os i illusionen om, at vi er dårlige til at beslutte os eller til at vide hvad der er rigtigt eller forkert?

Australia's John Tomaino's song The Wolf Of Lonely Street is a creative look at the darkness of depression. The wolf IS depression. He stalks the streets looking for his prey. Certain people are more vulnerable. He strikes when he finds someone alone at places like bus stops. The truth to John's clever song anyone can become vulnerable to this horrible, isolating, condition. Depression strikes people of all ages and all walks of life. Everywhere there are human beings there are people suffering from depression. Putting a face to depression, a dark face such as a wolf at night is not only clever, it may actually be theraputic. 

John's other accomplishments are many. Hey, Paul McCartney likes his writing. He's got a pretty good tracd record when it comes to music. Listen to this show. It's a special one!

Confidence Breathing Technique, Day 3 Positive Body Image Meditations

Memphis native artist and engineer, Clay “Krucial” Perry III, had his first rendezvous with music at the young age of six, after his parents placed a violin into his hands. This moment struck a chord within him that continued to grow as he played and learned more musically. As he grew older and more inquisitive on his path of discovering new music techniques and sounds, Clay mastered the craft of mixing and began his music career. Clay went on to become a musical engineer, helping to create top songs for some of the hottest new acts in rap such as - NBA Youngboy, Yo Gotti, Rico Nasty, BlocBoy JB, Yella Beezy, and Co Cash.

 After years of working as an engineer, Clay wanted to hone his skills as a music artist. Balancing both the front and backend of the music business, he decided to create his musical alter persona, Krucial. “I’m me and nobody else can be me or imitate me, especially where I am from. I have my own sound and that is incontestable”. 

Under the Krucial moniker, Clay released several well-received projects including “Krucifix” in 2018 and 2019’s “It Could’ve Been Different” which garnered the attention of Tay Keith, a prominent super-producer and fellow Memphis native. In 2020, Tay Keith signed Clay “Krucial” Perry III to his growing label, Drumatized, a joint venture with Warner Music. In 2020 Clay released new music such as “Eastside”, “Damn!” ft. Lil Migo and “Ecstasy”.
