Dans le cadre d’un projet d’oral, les élèves de 6ème ont travaillé sur les routines de pensées ou « design thinking ». Il s’agit d’un jeu de dés, ou chaque groupe a 5 dés d’images. Le travail consiste tout simplement à transformer ces images en une histoire qui sera lue en un temps de 1 à 2 min.

Les élèves étaient très créatifs et ont inventé en 15 min des histoires qu’on a enregistrées. Pas de retouche ! Très peu de correction après enregistrement! Invention à 100% des élèves des 3 classes de 6ème.
La musique a été rajoutée après l’enregistrement.

For the past six years, Lidia Rauramo is an educator at Aalto Ventures Program, Aalto University, specializing in design thinking, leadership, self-leadership, sustainable entrepreneurship, and team building. She is a co-creator and main teacher of the "Good Life Engine" course - a recognized course on self-leadership and well-being for students and staff at Aalto University. Her recent courses are Self-Leadership, Startup Philosophy, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Thinking Tools.
In addition to her work as an educator, she am contributing to the development of exercises and tools for IDG's framework, writing a non-fiction book about anxiety (currently the book is being translated into Finnish), and serving as a self-leadership coach. Her previous career steps include a Head of Education in AVP, the role of project manager for a large-scale cultural transformation initiative in the nuclear industry, and multiple projects as a service designer.

Drawing from one of his latest books "Expand: Stretching the Future By Design", co-authored with Jens Martin Skibsted, Christian introduces the concept of six expansions: time, proximity, life, value, dimensions, and sectors. These expansions encourage designers to break free from traditional boundaries and tackle complex issues. We also discuss the dynamic nature of design modes and methods, highlighting the importance of agency and adaptability in diverse contexts.

Dr. Christian Bason brings his expertise in innovation, design, policy and leadership to enrich our conversation. Before becoming CEO of the Danish Design Center, Christian gathered a wealth of experience leading organizations such as MindLab, the Danish government’s innovation team, and Ramboll Management Consulting. He has published in amongst other Harvard Business Review and Stanford Social Innovation Review and has taught executives at Oxford Saïd Business School, Henley MBA, the European School of Administration and Copenhagen Business School. 

With Christian, we dive deep into the ethical considerations surrounding technological innovation and the responsibilities of designers and developers in the digital space. Our conversation examines the impact of technology on society and emphasizes the need for governance mechanisms to keep up with rapid advancements.

We look into the transformative power of unlocking individual creativity and cultivating innovative cultures within organizations.

Lastly, we confront the current state of the world. Christian proposes that we have agency to create more sustainable and human-centered organizational forms that can effectively navigate complexity and build alternative futures.
