I listened to dick dale during my first kiss

Inspired by 1960's rocknroll and Psychedelia. I used reverse tape delay effects on a few parts directly inspired by The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix. The psychedelic bridge includes a sample from a Harry Houdini's Séance. The song's theme is centered on communication with the dead and the revolving life we live, that may come back again.

From the utterly anthemic “Misirlou” shredding harder than Vincent Vega on a dance floor, to the tender strains of “Girl, You’ll Be a Woman Soon” making everyone feel both hopelessly romantic and deeply uncomfortable, this hand-picked soundtrack is a masterclass in making chaos sound classy.

Also - expect a heated debate on whether “Flowers on the Wall” is a carefree flowerchild romp or a deeply depressive cry for help AND tips on how to survive an attack from boogie-woogie vampire, Jools Holland.

Hier, le renouveau radiophonique s'est nourri des transgressions des pirates britanniques ou lyonnais pour la libération des ondes, de la fièvre des inventeurs des radios libres, locales ou communautaires ou des visions des entrepreneurs de radios généralistes et thématiques.
Aujourd'hui tout se joue sur le web.
Radio Bellevue sera donc la Web radio qui voit plus loin. Une radio internationale et francophone collectant des sons, des images et des paroles dans le monde entier.
Une radio mêlant les musiques et les autres arts par le biais de chroniques de 1'30, à raison de deux par heure. Des miniatures extrêmement personnalisées, conçues de façon suffisamment intemporelles pour pouvoir être multi diffusées au même titre que les morceaux.
Une rédaction faisant appel à des passionnés, érudits pointus des différents champs de la culture contemporaine.
Un média de niche mondial, financé par le mécénat et le sponsoring.

RBW music : historique et contemporaine
Libre, Rock et Kulturel, le son sans concession de Radio Bellevue a formé, inspiré et accompagné toute une génération d'aficionados de la musique et de la culture en général, celle des années 80. Au moment où la mémoire de ces années bouillonnantes et créatives refait surface et interpelle également les nouvelles générations, la bande-son de Radio Bellevue Web ne saurait donc, ni renier ses racines, ni ignorer les artistes émergeants et les courants musicaux contemporains.

RBW kultur : la culture s'écrit, la culture s'écoute.

Une radio Web, Rock et Kultur cela coule de source. Les deux mots sont associés puisque le rock c'est de la kultur et puisque la kultur innovatrice et qui produit du sens a toujours été rock'n roll, de même que ses acteurs. C'est d'ailleurs l'association des deux qui a permis à la Radio Bellevue des années 80 de s'imposer et finalement de durer, persistant dans la mémoire de ceux qui l'ont écoutée. Y rajouter un W n'est en quelque sorte qu'une formalité même si elle induit d'autres modes et méthodes de travail.

Buffalo Romeo is on semi permanent hiatus, as Keenan has moved up to the city of roses (2022). It was a vital move. 
So Lea is on his lonesome again and spent the fall and winter working with friends (new and old) on I AM NOT A STRANGER (2025), which we'll get up here eventually (when we agree on a master).
