Welcome to the episode 69 of ZZGO Radio!

I hope September has treated well.  Not a whole lot of updates from me, I spent most of last month continuing to make new content for my 20 foot projection mapped dome, as well as prepare for Myschevia, a regional Burning Man event in October near Dallas, Texas.  It's always fun to set up and run the stage for my Burning Man camp Cosmic Creatures, so here's a special shout out to all my Cosmic Creatures out there!  I'm always excited to get my sound system outside, and loud.  My new BassBoss VS-21 sub sounded amazing at Burning Flipside in April, so I can't wait to hear it turned up loud again next month.  I'm really hoping to pick up a second one soon, but sadly, money does not grow on trees yet!

ZZGO Radio Episode 69 - Progressive & Melodic House Mix September 2025

Casnik (Nicolás Castillo) is an Argentine DJ and music producer, originally from City Bell, La Plata. From a young age, music resonated with him in a profound way. He expressed these inner sensations through movement, drawing inspiration from the artistry of Michael Jackson, and pursued dance training while exploring diverse musical genres to grasp their core essence and the varied states of mind they evoke.

In 2019, Casnik shared stages with prominent national artists in the club circuit, including Elio Riso, Jay de Lys, Bodeler, Matias Sundblad, LeFrak, among others.

He has also held prominent roles on booths across multiple cities, such as San Pedro, Mercedes, Azul, Tandil, Olavarría, La Plata, Mar del Plata, Pinamar, and Monte Hermoso, showcasing his versatility and stage presence.

The year 2020 marked his exploration of new genres, notably Progressive House and Melodic House, broadening his sonic palette.

In 2021, he relocated to Tulum, expanding his horizons and pursuing his artistic objectives by performing in clubs across Playa del Carmen, Holbox, and Tulum. There, he shared lineups with international acts including Pan-Pot, Roy Rosenfeld, Marcel Dettmann, Armen Miran, Sam Sure, Gux Gimenez, and Adi Dassler, among others.


By 2023, Casnik focused intently on music production, releasing tracks and EPs on labels such as Mango Alley, Balkan Connection, Sunexplosion, 3rd Avenue, BC2, The Purr, Dreamers, Anoka, Soundteller, Symmetric, SLC-6, AH Digital, Future Avenue, Droid9, Noise In Harmony among others, further establishing his presence in the electronic music scene.

Tomas Pablo es un DJ y productor chileno radicado en Miami, cuyo sonido fusiona la emoción y la energía a través de un enfoque profundo, melódico y atmosférico dentro del progressive house.
Su conexión con la música electrónica nació desde joven, pero fue en 2017, al adentrarse en la escena underground, cuando encontró el camino que definiría su identidad artística.

Su trayectoria tomó fuerza en 2019, con su primera residencia en AmandaClub, dando inicio a un recorrido marcado por la autenticidad, la búsqueda de sensaciones y un profundo sentido de groove. Actualmente, es parte activa de la escena local de Miami, con presentaciones en clubes de renombre como M2, Do Not Sit On The Furniture y Mad Live, además de haber llevado su música a escenarios en Nueva York, consolidando su presencia internacional.

Como productor, ha lanzado música en sellos internacionales como Manual, Magnitude Recordings, Movement y Future Avenue, destacando por un sonido cálido y envolvente que combina emoción y narrativa melódica.
Ha compartido cabina con artistas influyentes como Ezequiel Arias, Guy J, Larrosa & Gardoqui y Juan Hansen, profundizando su estilo entre la intensidad del dancefloor y la introspección musical.

His beginnings in electronic music date back to 1990, the year in which the English band Depeche Mode released Violator, an album that marked a turning point in his musical tastes.

At just 16 years old, he was already spinning vinyl on the Technics SL-1200 mk2. His passion for exquisite dance music led him to be the resident DJ for four years @ Nican, a disco bar in his hometown.

His current playlists of deep, organic, and the finest progressive and melodic house are ideal for informal events on rooftops and beach clubs, creating magical moments with countless unofficial remixes of well-known artists, perfect for painting with memories cool sunsets, long evenings and awesome sunrises.

His style of smooth, harmonic mixing, with long and elegant loops, make his sets a listen full of very pleasant sensations.

After his performance at the Closing Party @ Monkey Beach Club Ibiza in October 2023, and his more than 70 sets as resident DJ in Lloret de Mar (GI), in April 2025 he releases his podcast Forever Lost every Monday and Thursday, a show focused in the newest deep, organic, progressive and melodic house music.

In July 2025 he starts as resident DJ on Cross Land Music, a recognized spanish label releasing fresh deep house. His new show Moments is aired every Tuesday at 5pm CET on www.crosslandmusic.com
