Summer Melody welcomes back Borena after his appearance back in the early establishment of the label, with the trance-oriented Something On Your Mind, alongside with remixes from Dim Val Pol and T Davids.

Poland-based Borena debuted on Summer Melodies Vol.1, and since then he has released Freegrant/Big Toys, Emergent and Elliptical Sun, as well as part of the Nuestro duo (with Van Yorge) in the past few years. He now returns to Summer Melody with bold sounds and a trance touch, as delivered in this track Something On Your Mind. Slightly different to his trance sounds, this 80s-infused melodic track provides with melodic synths, rolling bassline and the flat and desperative vocal line.

On the remixes, here we have two returning artists to the label and showing their own style on the original. First we have Dim Val Pol who has released with us back in 2020, and afterwards appeared on Emergent and Progressive Dreams. His remix provides more of a melodic-orient progression and a different vibe to dance with. Another remix in this release is delivered by the prog-trance talent T Davids. This South Africa-based producer returns to Summer Melody, after his remix of Nobody Like You back in 2020 as well, and has been a regular over on Emergent. Fitting the original and molded to his own trance style, T Davids' remix elevates the tempo and vibe of the original, and provides a skyline cruising sensation with his signature bassline and synthlines.
