With a mission to promote overlooked music from the former Yugoslavia, Belgrade's independent label Discom presents the first version of song Breakwar by group The Master Scratch Band originally recorded in 1983, Studio Druga Maca in Belgrade.
This version of song Breakwar was not released on their mini-LP album Dégout (Jugoton, 1984), and this is actually the first ever Hip-Hop/Breakbeat recording in Yugoslavia. With great enthusiasm, every sound was uniquely crafted from scratch using the finest analog gear available in the early '80s.
