Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest, released in 1995 for SNES.

Level / Stage: “Target Terror” in the world Krazy Kremland (level 4-2). This is the first roller‐coaster style stage in DKC2, equivalent to the mine cart levels from the first game.

It mixes electronic / disco‐influenced touches with SNES chip sound limitations. There’s use of synthetic bass workstation 303, rhythmic percussion.
