Schleichend, rasend, tanzend! Dom Tilson und Raute_K, die Mitbegründer des Kollektiv Schleichend, haben beide ein gar nicht mal so geheimes Faible für Indie Dance & Dark Disco der gepitcht zweckentfremdet wird. Schnelle Baselines rollen langsam eh viel besser! Da liegt es nicht fern, dass die beiden das von Zeit zu Zeit gemeinsam hinter den Decks ausleben. Und was gibt es für einen schöneren Rahmen, als das auf der eigenen Veranstaltung zu tun, entstanden ist das Set nämlich Anfang März in der Rakete Stuttgart bei ihrem letzten Schleichend Event.

We love to introduce you to 3 newbies on our label: Dom Tilson, Thea, Bo and they are bringing some fresh and bouncy downtempo beats to the scene. Along with them, Dr Parnassus, whom we’ve been working with for a while now, has also contributed a breakbeat version of Dom’s "Unwetter" track. The EP consists of 4 smooth and powerful original tracks, inspired by nature and extended with 3 electrifying remixes. The journey starts with the track "Unwetter", which sets the mood perfectly and prepares you for the musical journey. Dom Tilson, born and raised in Karlsruhe, early discovered his love for small & dark clubs, where mainly industrial and dark techno sound dominated. Influenced by this sound, he started spinning technoid music in 2016 and played mainly in Clubs like Romy S, Romantica & White Noise in Stuttgart. Later on, events like 'Bucht der Träumer' and 'Jangala' showed him the beauty, depth and diversity of downtempo music.

In his productions and sets, he tries to merge his different influences into a sound full of melancholia and deep melodies, but driving at the same time. From deep down to dark tech, fast or slow, the mood is alike.

In 2020 he co-founded the downtempo collective Schleichend (@schleichend), which is since then providing a platform for artists of all kinds.

The journey of Fine Beatz began in 2001 with the goal of becoming a music label. However, Fine Beatz started by dipping their toes into the world of techno by putting on live events, supporting events and acting as a booking agency. It took this experience, working in music production with our Fine Beatz artists and five years before the „Fine Beatz EP" was released in 2006. During this five years, the Fine Beatz brand was becoming more and more popular due to the exposure from putting on various events with new kinds of sounds, as well as the first radio broadcast (2003). Fine Beatz has always made quality a main priority, so after 5 hectic years of finetuning our skills, in 2006 the music label was born and ready to say hello to the worldwide music market. The style & philosophy of Fine Beatz is simple: embrace the ever changing styles of techno and produce high quality music.
