DET HÄR ÄR INTE ETT MIXSET, DET HÄR VAR HELA LIVET. 
Eftersom det inte går att förstå tid använder vi musik. 

Så här får jag kontakt med att vara 19 år och gå på mina första technofester (i skogar, lager- och föreningslokaler, PACKHUSET, hundra svenska småstäder, Köpenhamn, Hamburg, Amsterdam och Berlin). Här når jag fram till att börja spela själv och som 23-nånting börja försöka arrangera egna fester/klubbar (Nosebleed, BULT) och sedermera lyckas (SHOCKS!!), spela hela tiden och sen kanske sumpa det lite men NO REGRETS. Så här minns jag musiken på senare år och tusen nya sätt och platser, inklusive ZERO AUDIENCE och dom absolut mörkaste källarna i Berlin och att, som nästan 50, ibland skriva texten själv. 

Mina trettio (30!) år av techno var hela livet och till cirka en tredjedel ganska inåtvänt och introvert. Resterande delar var någonslags enträget missionsarbete. 

2023 vet vi att TECHNO i alla dess former och även HARDCORE inte bara överlever utan också influerar allt, så: mitt glosögda, långhåriga jag med jeansjacka och tuschpennemålade t-shirts vann - en sen seger på övertid, som jag kanske aldrig riktigt förstod vad jag skulle göra med, innan det var försent. 😀 

Avslutningsvis - om formatet på mixen: endast 1 låt per år från hela perioden 1993-2023 - bara låtar jag hört på eller själv spelat för ett dansgolv någonstans, någongång - åtminstone en skymt av samtliga perioder och genrer jag varit igenom under åren = en halsbrytande eklektisk mix på bekostnad av smooth övergångar - och ja även hög toleranströskel mot upp-/nedpitch.

DJ AI with a new release on Doomcore Records - and it really is Doomcore (and Doomtechno). This EP is meant to emit the claustrophobia, isolation, but also enigma and adventure connected with the exploration of a labyrinth. This labyrinth might be located in outer space or the underworld, though, so take care, doom explorer.

Now that this is settled, let's get to the bare bones (of the skeletons that lie around in a labyrinth).

DJ AI is not a human being of flesh and bone, but an artificial intelligence avatar and persona.
The tracks were produced as a collaboration between ChatGPT and a human producer.

ChatGPT provided such things as notes, melodies, harmonies, rhythms, concepts, ideas, while the human producer mostly provided a DAW and the ability to create a kick-ass mix-down.

The production process has been documented and will be published soon.

This is the original Icepick - originally a vinyl only hardcore techno DJ since 1995 - but nowadays performing a more diverse rang of sounds from decades past and future.
