Brigitte Bardini produced, recorded, performed and wrote this upbeat, frivolous bite in the solitude of her bedroom in Melbourne, Australia.  It is a post-punk-pop, tongue in cheek expression of the anxiety and frustration that comes from living under the pressure of an extreme sense of urgency and the irony of time being wasted worrying about losing time itself.  WDHMT is inspired by post-punk group, Joy Division, new-wave artist, Gary Numan and the dark wave sound of Boy Harsher.

Brigitte Bardini is a self taught musician and producer, writing, recording and producing her songs in the comfort of her own home in Naarm/Melbourne.  

Following ‘Petals’ and 'Crush', her most recent single 'Fool' is a captivating admission of loneliness in the face of abandonment. Seemingly a story of romantic love there is much to be unravelled in Bardini's stirring words, repeating "No Love, No Love" like a haunting anthem, inescapably ebbing and flowing with euphoric sadness. Inspired by trip hop and alternative artists of the 90s, such as Portishead, Air, Beck and Fiona Apple, this is the next bite from her upcoming album, 'Blue Tigers'.

“Golden Cats” is a band created by two friends who believe everything is possible.

They had an indescribable passion for music, somewhat growing careers, and thoughts about what those careers should look like – many of them, coming from others. Although inside, there was always something that didn’t quite feel right.

As they met – in a concert rehearsal – and started making music together, everything started to change: Laura leaved her old label and Kyle leaved his former band. Using a name that’s representative of their respective personalities, the Golden Cats universe was then created.

At the same time, a new perspective of life, purpose, faith and music started to grow: and that’s what it’s all about.
