NonRev makes a welcome return with a 4 new tracks of breakbeat bliss. Desire Charade starts the EP with lingering vocals and drifting pads that explode to live with NonRev's signature chopped breaks and building arpeggios and strings. The title track follows with melodic hooks and pads that perfectly compliment the rolling rhythms and bassline as delicate string sections fade sublimely in and out. Least Resistance takes the rolling breaks one step further and intersperses them with lush keys as they build across a sonic landscape of evolving etherealness. The EP ends on the darker tones of uncovered as dystopian synths and ominous bass help propel the tight drumwork into sinister realms to create an epic conclusion.

Been almost two months since I've run through the proverbial jungle. Amazing music basically forced me to jam out. I am like Pacino in the Godfather III over here.... I truly fall deep off INNIT and sometimes that a little scary because I still have to run carpool and such... 

It's a little RUFFNECK at points, and that completely tracks.  All praises due to the makers of this music, you bring me joy!

A track from the vaults by Senses. This has been a tune we've wanted to release for a long time on Subtle Audio - ever since hearing an early demo sometime around 2008 or 09 (?) ... anyway, here it is finally after a missing master version was finally found ! 

A truly original piece of DnB opens with rich, emotive strings, half time drums and a pulsing bass accompanied by some futuristic robotic interjections. Some filtered apache rhythms flutter in and out, increasing the pace and hinting at the change of energy that follows half-way through. The introduction of some searingly evocative synths carry an echo of Detroit landscapes past and give deserved reverence to it's rich techno heritage.
