Hello human, I am UBLIVION, a traveler from the distant planet of ÜTØPIA. My story began among the stars, where my dreams stretched far beyond the cosmos. But fate had other plans—my ship malfunctioned, leaving me stranded on Earth, far from home and the one I love.

At first, I felt lost in this unfamiliar world, but I soon discovered something extraordinary: music. Earth’s sounds spoke to me in ways I never expected, and I realized that through music, I could express the emotions and memories that words alone couldn’t capture.

Driven by my longing for home and my desire to find her again, I taught myself to produce and DJ, blending the ethereal beauty of ÜTØPIA with the raw energy of Earth’s music. Melodic dubstep became my passion, and every track I create tells a chapter of my journey.

Through my music, I hope to connect with others who feel like wanderers, searching for meaning or a way back to something they’ve lost. This isn’t just a story about me—it’s about all of us. Together, we can navigate the stars, find strength in the rhythms, and remind ourselves that love and hope can light the way home.

Sounds of the Fort is a rhythm focused EDM producer that plays guitar and sings.

My name is Alexander Tristan Maximus Welby from Denver, Colorado and I am the man behind the music. This music is rhythmic based call and response EDM with a focus on punching low end dynamic movement, sustain, and the incorporation of live guitar and live vocals.

I am a unique producer, at a young age I had the opportunity to create film scores for a Connecticut disability group, SPHERE. My brother was their cameraman and at the time I just received an award in my first music tech class.

Through SPHERE I acquired Ableton, my work is in their films Romeo & Juliet and Sparkle Island, award nominees for NYC Indie Film Festival.  This contributed to the birth of the Prospector Theater.  Writing film scores, I had an independent study and graduated high school early. From there, I became a ski lift operator and kept producing to develop rhythms for guitar practice. This lead to attending Colorado State where I recorded local rappers alongside those same tracks, and thus the name “Sounds of the Fort” was born.

After school I spent time on my uncle's farm in Illinois playing guitar while driving a tractor and playing to the chickens, sheep, cats, ducks, and cows. One the right moment came, I got back to Colorado and took that playing style into the rockies where I solidified a unique country western blues sound in the small bars near ski resorts.

Ski bum life in rockies has been the core influence of this music, but its direction was finally solidified upon my arrival to Denver. Seeking to become a band’s guitarist, an EDM community, Bass Valley, had taken an interest to my work. Bass Valley grew into the Something’ Different Music Festival where I took a lead role in atmospheric design and street promotion.

I hope you enjoy this music as it is a reflection of community, earth, history, and pop culture.
