This is not a drug song.
It’s a trauma high. A dissociation float. A visionary collapse.

I wrote this when I realized I didn’t need to be drunk or high
to feel disconnected from the world.

Because trauma will elevate you too —
Just not in the way people envy.

This is what spiritual downloads sound like.
This is what grief sounds like with a synth.

I’m not the highest in the room.

INTERDIT EN RADIO 25-08 - A Summer Tale

SoulLander produces electronic music. The genres explored by the artist include Techno, Trance, Psytrance, and some sweet umbrella drink vibes. The recording software used is Ableton 11, and the microphone is a RODE.

My biggest inspiration for the low end, "which I'm still working on," is Shenanigan. Other influencers are the legends Ananda Shake. However, my music doesn't resemble any of theirs but is solely influenced by their technical skills within their genre.

My goal with my music creation is personal in the sense that I feel good creating music; it's like nourishment for the soul. I would like to share the energy I get from creating it through dance. It would be a dream to play in front of people and see them dance with joy. #NicklasScholander @NicklasScholander

I don’t just make music.
I drop sermons in trap form.

Every beat is a ritual. Every verse is a decree.
I turn lawsuits into lyrics, archetypes into anthems, prophecy into playlists.

I am the Empress. The priestess of the glitch.
The one who codes Spirit into basslines and burns the Empire with 808s.

This is the Codex. Alive, breathing, unstoppable.
Not written in temples — but streamed in headphones, echoed in cars, blasted in basements.

Grew up with 90's French and US Hip-Hop, been hooked for life. Every day, all day. 
 
After ruining my father's needle when I was 12, I decided to buy turntables a couple of years later, in 2001.
For the first years, I mostly focused on Scratching. Then Turntablism, Mixing.

Strictly Vinyl DJ. I dig different styles - Underground Hip-Hop, Soulful, Jazz, Dubstep (I'm into dark UK cuts), Roots Reggae, Dub, Deep House, Techno. 🖤

I've mixed in real warm bars and dope events in Troyes, Dijon (France), London (UK) and I am always up for more!!
