One of the most important reasons for this is that the artists are never officially credited on the releases. In addition the releases are always in 7″ off-color vinyl format and pressed in limited amounts. The music is always progressive dark, original and experimental in nature. Due to high public demand, the Enzyme crew decided to take the Enzyme X concept to the next level. From now on Enzyme X can be booked as a DJ-act for your events.

What does this mean? The Enzyme X DJ-act is made up of all the DJs who have ever released on Enzyme X. This current roster consists of: Endymion, Hamunaptra, Mindustries, Nexes, Nosferatu, Ophidian, Ruffneck and Synapse. For each event one of these names (or sometimes a combination of one or more artists) will perform as Enzyme X. The actual artists will be revealed at the start of the performance.

This means that no one (except the artist and Cardiac Bookings) knows who will be representing Enzyme X that night. Cardiac Bookings has decided on a fixed fee for DJ Enzyme X. Promoters will have to pay the same amount regardless of which DJ or DJs will be appearing at the event. The Enzyme X DJ will perform a DJ-Set in the style of the label. So expect a hard-hitting, dark and experimental set.

Cruel Intentions (Peter van der Schaaf) is a hardcore project with Dutch/Italian roots. Like many kids Peter got infected with hardcore rave music in the early 90’s. 

In 1998 a sent out mixtape to organisation “Dutch Rave” was his first step in the hardcore scene under his Spete moniker.

Around the year 2000 he was working at the infamous Mid-town records shop & design and started investing in studio equipment. Producing was the next logical step and with his best friend he started working on music day and night. 

In 2002 their hard studio work led to several successful releases after signing on Traxtorm sublabel G-net. Performances across Europe followed with as Highlights; A Nightmare in Rotterdam, Club Number One, Sportpaleis Antwerp and a monthly residency in Italy.

In 2008 the road led to Dubai where Peter finally started working on Cruel Intentions. 
(a project name actually chosen in 2001 inspired by the movie banner hanging in his classroom at Design Academy) 

The year is 2014, Cruel Intentions took his time to perfect the beat and is here to reclaim his place in the hardcore scene. 
Ready to conquer the future and determined to last...

His main ingredients are Hardstyle and Hardcore, especially Hardstyle Classics and Early Hardstyle are his thing.
