Lines 1-14 of Homeric Hymn to Demeter (7th/6th c. BCE), sung in Greek (edition from Hugh G. Evelyn-White, 1914). Melody mine, translation (below) mine.

The Homeric Hymn to Demeter tells the story of Hades' abduction of Persephone, daughter of Demeter, the goddess of the harvest, and Demeter's resulting search for her daughter. In the opening lines we witness Persephone just prior to her abduction gathering flowers, one of which will prove to be the catalyst for Hades to emerge from the Earth. The passage I offer here ends at the culmination of tension - the girl is about to pick the flower which will eventually result in her having to live a portion of each year in the Underworld with her new husband. The Earth, who designed this deceit in collaboration with her grandson Zeus, brother of Hades, is laughing, along with the ocean and the sky, in eerily gleeful anticipation...

This is an attempt to access the musicality of the dactylic hexameter, with no claims to the antiquity of either the melody or the pronunciation of the text (beyond the standards of Classical Greek pronunciation taught at Anglo-American universities). Any errors are unintentional. 

"Demeter of lovely hair, reverend goddess, I begin to sing of her
and her daughter with narrow ankles, whom Aidoneus [Hades]
stole away, after wide-seeing, loud-thundering Zeus gave her to him,
while away from Demeter of the golden-sword, the giver of fruits
she was playing with the deep-breasted daughters of Oceanus
and picking blossoms, roses and crocuses and gorgeous violets
along the soft meadow, and irises and hyacinth and the narcissus, which Gaia [Earth] by Zeus' will and to indulge the Host-to-Many [Hades] brought forth as a marvellous, gleaming trick for the girl with a face like a budding flower:
it was a sight of deep reverence for gods and mortals alike. 
From the root it bore a hundred blossoms.
And it produced the sweetest scent, and the whole broad sky above
and the whole earth laughed, and the salty swell of the sea."

Nature-based traditions and practices have been shown to help people with substance use and co-occurring disorders heal and navigate long-term recovery. Evidence-based nature practices are derived from the applied practice of the emergent field of ecopsychology, developed by Theodore Roszak. Nature-based therapeutic practices stem, in part, from the belief that people are part of the web of life and that we are not isolated or separate from our environment. Ecopsychology is informed by systems theory, and provides individuals with an opportunity to explore their relationship with nature—an area that can be overlooked in many other types of treatment or therapy. While some professionals teach and practice ecopsychology exclusively, other practitioners incorporate aspects of nature-based traditions into their existing practices. The Four Cardinal Winds are persistent structures used for organizing human experience, as evidenced in early cave art and worldwide mythology. Baribeau will demonstrate a brief guided journey experience, which will allow participants to pinpoint their bearings and quantify their experience using a tool called the Awakening Compass, developed with symbols from seven ancient wisdom traditions. Attendees will explore transformational tools based in ancient wisdom teachings, designed to nourish mind, body, heart, while acknowledging the spirit’s unlimited capacity to heal.
