I feel like it’s the calm before the storm if you know what I mean. This started off as a reverb-soaked ambient jam (Strymon BlueSky on the Minitaur, Microcosm on the Subharmonicon, and loads of side-chained Reverb in the Digitone II) but then I got out my Sustainiac-equipped Schecter guitar to do something different & decided to add drums to keep it all together.


Deep Breath

This hybrid set is more than music; it’s a rediscovery of why I love creating. In the summer of 2024, I blended ideas from my Analog Rytm and Analog Four with other tracks, letting go of overthinking and just having fun. This is the sound of freedom, creativity, and my journey back to the joy of music.

My first track with the Elektron Digitone 2, I hope you'll like it !

Digitone 2 Drum'n'Bass

After a long break from making music, I've come back with a strong desire to go as dawless as possible.

Dawless Beginnings

Big step for me - I actually made this as background music for a work presentation and it seemed to do well. The music created on the Digitakt, Pro VS Mini and Microfreak, with a surprise appearance by my guitar. Then edited and mixed it in FLStudio.

January Day 20 Prompt: Use delay in your jam in a creative way – set different times for left and right, combine multiple delays, make it percussive.
BPM: 113
Key: Bb major

My last couple of jams were a bit moody, so I wanted to get upbeat for this one. The main stabby synth riff is a Dreadbox Typhon and it’s ping-ponging (the dry signal is on the left to the wet “response” on the right). The hi-hat sound is a DFAM that is going through a slap-back delay. The rest are a Minitaur, Digitone II, Digitakt II, and my Syntakt for the drums.
