Inspired by the true story of Shannan Gilbert (movie Lost Girls) - a prostitute who goes missing.  In the story, we find out Shannan knew when she arrived at the house of a psychopath that she was going to be murdered, and she tried to escape by running into the swamp behind his house.  Her remains were eventually found alongside other girls' remains in the swamp.

Saturday Showcase - Marta Interview

Absurdist electronic // dance project TONY OC€AN & QUIMBY GHO$T emerged from late-night voice notes and irony-fueled messages via chat somewhere in northern Italy. 
Born out of basement speakers in 2016, TONY OC€AN & QUIMBY GHO$T now evolved their DIY work into a dancefloor fever dream. Their sound blends electronic chaos with ludicrous lyrics that parody (and sometimes echo) the digital-age teenage experience.
Blending pounding dance beats with hyper-ironic lyrics, their songs poke fun at teen angst and the tragicomic side of growing up.
