Classical piece, using the motif from Bach's prelude in C. Switched up to minor and added a violin, viola and cello.

Written a few years back in the weeks after I lost my father. The piano first descends on each chord change, heading to rock bottom. The second half rises, making the piece more uplifting. The main violin is an improvisation over the piano, whilst the supporting strings were written to fit. I felt compelled to return to this piece after the birth of my daughter and the piece now has a different meaning to me.

Written using Native Instruments Noire piano and spitfire solo strings. Notable processing with  output's arcade, baby audio's smooth operator and audiothing's outer space. Reverbs are dragonfly room and Valhalla supermassive. Compressed using UAD la-2a and analog obsession plugins. Mastered with Ozone.

From a very young age he was already interested in electronic music and at the age of 13 he began to move together with his brother, ManuEvil DJ, through the most emblematic places of the Córdoba scene. Soon they started working with the biggest names in southern Spain such as Satisfaxion, Nätural and Animalia, just to name a few. He started at 15 as a producer, and by the age of 18 he already released his first single through the Malaga label Starsign Records of Anuschka.

Shortly after, he was hired as A&R by the Kankana Records label, until he decided to open his own company several years later. Throughout his 25-year career, he has an extensive discography on vinyl, CDs and digital releases, published by national and international labels, including his own productions as well as productions for a large number of artists from different musical genres, film soundtracks, music for television, advertising spots for brands such as Adidas and audio post-production works for Sony PlayStation video games such as "Déraciné" and "Dreams".

He was co-founder of the Emoxion.com electronic music portal and a former contributor to the On-Satisfaxion radio show and the Deejay magazine. He is currently a music reviewer for DJ Mag and Mixmag magazines, and directs EvilSound Studios and EvilSound Records.

Jeff was born in London and raised in Hertfordshire, UK.

Throughout his childhood he always had an 'ear' for music.

Following high grades in a school ‘Tone’ test at his secondary school, music lessons were recommended.  So, of all the instruments to choose from – he decided to learn the drums!!

After a while he developed his own skills by teaching himself to play the guitar and soon after expanded an interest in keyboards and synthesisers. After a period of experimental creativity, he decided that the style of music he wrote naturally was in the fields of  ‘Chillout’ ‘Feelgood’ and ‘Uplifting’ genres, although his musical tastes and influences include a wide variety of artists which include Pink Floyd, Genesis, Brian Eno, Mark Isham, Marillion, Vangelis, Moby, Boards of Canada, Doves, Faithless, Coldplay, Chicane, Deep Forest, Enigma, Keane, Jon Hopkins, Nelly Furtado, Bjork, Kate Bush, U2, The Prodigy, Radiohead, Paul Van Dyk, Oakenfold, Tiesto, Tears for Fears, ……the list goes on and on!

He has now written and produced twelve albums to date. The latest release is  ‘Transcending’ which is available on most digital platforms including iTunes, Spotify, CD Baby, Amazon, Rhapsody, emusic etc.

Vega (AU) is a longtime electronic music enthusiast with a flair for deep, organic, afro, melodic, and progressive house. Based in Melbourne, Australia, he has a sound influenced from labels such as All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Shanti Radio, The Soundgarden, 3rd Avenue, The Purr and Meanwhile Recordings, and is naturally drawn to track selections that evoke an emotive and atmospheric tone.

After making his live debut in Melbourne as support for the Genix [Anjunabeats] - 199X album tour, he has since appeared as guest mixer on numerous radio and streaming hosts including AATM Club Radio [UK], Radio Deep [UK], Bondi Radio [AUS], Proton [AUS], Saturo Sounds [UK] and Sinergia [Slovenia]. He has played in several of Melbournes' great nightspots including my aeon, Howler, Top Yard and Brown Alley, where he made his most recent appearance on the support lineup for Nox Vahn [Anjunadeep]. Vega gained monthly residencies at some of Melbourne's most popular bar offerings including the Ibiza themed 'Arbory Afloat' and the intimate 'Music Room' at HER Bar as a member of @floatingdreamsmusic.
