If asked to describe how I wrote today’s #MusicalMinute, I would liken it to creating a sculpture.  The sustained chord is the block of stone from which everything else originates.  The brass instruments highlight different aspects of the chord, and the tubular bell marks the passage of time.  Meanwhile, the low instruments represent the creator.  What do you think?

«Terraforming: AfterPast» – це другий міні-альбом від Benjamin WiSE, івано-франківського музичного продюсера, засновника формації та лейблу Garden Xub. Цей реліз виступає прямим продовження послідовної музичної історії-епопеї, яка складається з чотирьох частин. Земля перед катастрофою, постапокаліпсис, подорож на космічному кораблі та тераформування екзопланети.

«Terraforming: Before the Storm» розповідав про світ перед катастрофою. В ньому відчувалась тривожність, занепокоєння і панічна ейфорія. Це був своєрідний розгляд нинішніх прискорених негативних суспільно-технологічних тенденцій. В свою чергу, на релізі «Terraforming: AfterPast» все переходить в хаос, розруху та поступове очищення через пошук нових альтернативних поглядів.

Тут піднімаються теми цифрового загробного життя, відомого як діджитал імморталізм, кібернетичного несвідомого, постгуманізму, (пост)антропоцентризму, так званої темної екології, Sinofuturism та етики штучного інтелекту.

Міні-альбом охоплює стани від пост-гуманістичної меланхолії (ReBorn) до пошуку надії (Arctic Start). Власне, останній трек на EP помітно відрізняється по атмосфері від інших: він про арктичну станцію, старт звідти космічного корабля, де знаходяться останні виживші люди. Слугує перехідною точкою до третього релізу, рефлексивного та мрійливого.
Звучання на EP сформоване під значним впливом пост-індастріала, експериментальної музики, EBM і класичного дабстепа.

I started composing daily pieces and posting them onto SoundCloud at the beginning of 2013.  By posting daily I am tweaking, experimenting and developing a thought, idea or event in time.  I am endeavouring to show that there is no limit to that creative spark that lies within each of us.  So much of what we do nowadays is about instant return, I am about evolution not revolution (although each month starts with a clean slate).  Join me on my journey to 10,000 (18 May 2040!!!)

Yeah... No acostumbro hablar inglés aún en sitios donde todo el mundo lo hace, en fin. Soy aspirante a animador, mis proyectos necesitan una banda sonora, por lo que tendré que aprender a usar Fl Studio o cualquier otro programa/página web para crear algunos temas. Por mientras esta cuenta solo poseerá composiciones experimentales, nada con mucha sustancia. Ahora mismo solo me dedico a dar me gusta, seguir cuentas y comentar si lo hallo necesario.
