FCC Sets Effective Date For TCPA "Reasonable" Consent Revocation Rules

Lauro Müller se prepara para sediar no domingo (3) o 20º Desafio Serra do Rio do Rastro de Ciclismo, uma das provas mais aguardadas do Brasil. Realizada na deslumbrante e desafiadora Serra do Rio do Rastro, a competição atrai ciclistas de todo o país para encarar o percurso icônico e paisagens espetaculares.

Este ano, o evento inclui as modalidades de mountain bike, speed, gravel e bicicletas elétricas, além de uma categoria voltada para Pessoas com Necessidades Especiais (PNE), totalizando mais de 30 categorias. O trajeto de 24,6 km tem início na rua Henrique Lage, no centro de Lauro Müller e vai até o Posto da Polícia Militar Rodoviária, em Bom Jardim da Serra, com a largada programada para às 7h.

No sábado, os atletas retirarão seus kits no Ginásio de Esportes Nelson Righetto, das 10h às 17h, trazendo também 2 kg de alimentos não perecíveis, que serão doados a instituições beneficentes locais.

O Desafio Serra do Rio do Rastro consolida-se como uma prova de superação e beleza natural. O presidente da Federação Catarinense de Ciclismo, Alexandre Schneider, revelou em entrevista ao Cruz de Malta Notícias, que esta edição bateu recorde de inscrições desde a pandemia, com 800 atletas de 12 estados, incluindo o Amazonas.

Yo, cell towers creeping on school grounds, places we trust,
Churches, classrooms—they sit back and rake in the bucks,
Silent, unseen, but it’s a mind-control scheme,
Tune in the frequencies, they’re disrupting the stream.

[Verse 1]
Everywhere I go, cell towers up on the schools,
The churches got ‘em too—now who’s playing the fools?
They rake revenue but blind to what it costs,
Selling out peace for the minds being lost.
Contract signed in the dark with a stroke of the pen,
Emergency powers put the deals right through them,
No oversight, no public discussion, no review,
Just stealthily stacking up towers like they do.

Invisible waves reach through every door,
Broadcasting control, reinforcing the lore—
Schools teachin' the same lies over a century strong,
The signal’s amplifying what’s already wrong.
Cages of electric pulse numb the senses we know,
Stripping divine sparks, turning down the flow,
They fine-tune frequencies to manipulate minds,
Subtly directing and blurring the lines.

[Verse 2]
Schools say it's "safety," they “gotta call 911,”
But who’s protecting the kids when the damage is done?
Silent radiation lurking day and night,
But they omit the dangers, keep ‘em out of sight.
DeMarco saw them dodge studies, hide all the effects,
Radiation emissions, never questioned or checked,
With leases locked in from school boards unaware,
Ignoring what’s harming the kids breathing the air.

FCC rules stuck in 1996, outdated,
Thermal heat’s all they test, but effects radiated—
The impact’s far-reaching, not measured or seen,
Biological harm in between every beam.
The voices spoke out, evidence piled on,
Science shouting out that the standard’s wrong.
In ‘21 the courts said FCC has to rethink,
But they still resist, won’t change, they won’t blink.

EPA once cared, had protection in place,
Then defunded, dissolved—who’s guarding this space?
It’s all left unchecked, cumulative decay,
Health risks rise while they keep ‘em at bay.
Legal battles rage, CHD calls out loud,
Filing lawsuits for kids under RF clouds.
The principle’s precaution, especially with youth,
But school boards sign leases and conceal the truth.

They call it “technology,” but it’s eating our cores,
EMF blurring senses, closing unseen doors.
Electric beings, they’re stealing our shine,
Slowly numbing out what’s purely divine.
So COVID? We know—no virus, just poison disguise,
Radiation exposure masked under their lies.
Nexus Uprising here, exposing the plot,
Cell towers pushed in while we’re left to rot.


Churches and schools locked tight in the scheme,
Disguised as necessity, cash flowing unseen.
No public approval, no concern for the rest,
Controlled through the airwaves, none the wiser, we’re stressed.
Invisible grip, programmed thoughts in disguise,
But we’re not asleep; I see through the lies.
