The stars sparkled brightly against the blackest Austrian mountain sky as I started playing to an empty dance floor at Hosnhanslhütte, with no idea where the music would take me. Psytrance DJ, originally hailing from the concrete jungle of Johannesburg, but now based in Cape Town, South Africa. Kaldyn has been trading psychedelic beats for dance moves since 2014 at some of South Africa and New Zealand’s finest open air festivals.
