ok yeah. backroom bakery's over now. and so is like all the shitposting on this account. for close to 3 years i've been doing shit on this account (other than the OG switch to backstreet boys, that actually was not me lol) and while it's been fun, especially the response to the later tracks, it's time to move on. and also it's not funny anymore. if you're curious who "The Baker" truly is then i implore you to do some pretty basic sleuthing to figure it out. it's pretty obvious all things considered, especially since i've had the login for this account since 2020 and i was putting shit up then. i'm not going to waste time doing some "big reveal" because A) who gives a shit and B) it's not even really a reveal if it's that obvious anyways lmao. 

genuinely, i hope you guys have enjoyed some of the tracks up here, or at least found them funny. i've been progressively getting into making mashups for the first time, and this account's been a fun excuse to make them and sort of "run" a tournament. i really like tournaments, and while i'm much more distant from the community these days, i still think they're pretty cool and i always have a drive to make something, even if i do not have the actual ability to all things considered. so this kind of has been an alley for me to do that. 

as for the future of the account, i think i'm going to leave it as is. i had debated bringing back all the assets from the original, but after some discussion with friends who used to be apart of backroom bash, i think it's in everyone's best interest to leave a lot of the old thumbnails behind-- considering a few of controversial figures featured and also general discomfort some people may have with old OCs and sonas and stuff. that being said, if you're looking for any of the old assets, i'd recommend digging through the old server: https://discord.gg/FhJghaJbqP
