1 An End to Israeli Occupation – Full withdrawal from the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza, in line with international law and UN resolutions.

2 The Right of Return – Implementation of UN Resolution 194, which guarantees Palestinian refugees and their descendants the right to return to their homes and lands or receive compensation.

3 End to Apartheid and Ethnic Cleansing – The dismantling of discriminatory laws and policies that create a system of oppression, including land confiscations, home demolitions, and movement restrictions.

4 Recognition of Palestinian Sovereignty – A viable, independent Palestinian state with full control over its borders, airspace, and resources, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

5. Equal Rights for Palestinians – Whether in Israel or the occupied territories, Palestinians demand full civil, political, and human rights, including the right to vote, freedom of movement, and protection from state violence.

6 An End to the Siege on Gaza – The lifting of the illegal blockade imposed since 2007, which has created a humanitarian crisis, preventing access to medical care, food, and clean water.

7. Accountability for War Crimes – Prosecution of Israeli officials responsible for war crimes, settler violence, and human rights violations through international legal bodies.

8.Freedom for Political Prisoners – The release of thousands of Palestinians imprisoned by Israel, including children and those held without charge or trial under administrative detention.


9. An End to Illegal Settlements – The removal of Israeli settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, which violate international law and continue to expand.

10 International Protection and Support – A stronger global response, including sanctions and boycotts, to hold Israel accountable and pressure it to comply with international law.

These demands align with basic principles of human rights and justice and are recognized by international law and human rights organizations. The Palestinian struggle is not just about land—it is about dignity, survival, and the right to live freely without oppression
