"Introspection" - is the title given to a series of mix / video performances that immerses us in a journey in company of tracks, "in the majority", deep, mental, hypnotic, futuristic and groovy techno.
These mixes are enhanced by sci-fi effects as well as vocal samples taken from different thinkers, philosophers, documentaries..., that give, in the grater scheme of things, a definition of introspection (* meditation) and its effect on the human being. Moreover, the mixes are accompanied by atmospheric sounds which, mostly, make reference to worldwide spiritual practices which enable one to reach the said state of modified consciousness.

Seeker of truth
All men pursue the same goal: happiness. But what is it truly?
Every human being broaches this quest on the path of awakening in their own way, with a certain consciousness of this state at some point.
After having lived, in his life (his lives), a multitude of situations as well as the extreme resulting emotions, man feels a deeper need for lucidity and understanding…The seeker of truth appears much clearer.
The need for solitude (in the first time, uncontrollable) will enable him to enter a superior degree of introspection. This will submerse him in an inside journey to the depth of himself, where the fright of the unknown will, at the start, be predominant.
This journey will allow him, through much discipline, to clarify at the highest point the vision he has of himself and of the universe that surrounds him.

This project arranges a pure techno with colors, moods, different rhythms, incorporating electronic tracks to the sounds of World music (Asia, Central America, Africa ... etc.) and samples and percussion improvised.
An invitation to travel through the experience of life or, the feelings and sensations that result, mingle with awareness and intense moments of reflection to draw conclusions about what it really is !

Heart & Hawk aka Lisa Heart & Andy Hawk are a DJ duo from London who play a range of Trance, Progressive House and Melodic Techno. Teaming up behind the decks to deliver energetic sets and performances the pair have played at some of the biggest events and clubs in Europe.

Tafkanik is a London-based techno & tech house DJ, promoter and singer-songwriter.

Promoter and resident DJ at "Homostash" a leading LGBTQIA+ event at Colours Hoxton as well as "Tafkanik & friends". 

His highlights in 2024 included headlining events at Fabric, Ministry of Sound & Sala Apolo (Barcelona). He also spins regularly at Roast London and Torture Garden internationally. 

Tafkanik also featured at Glastonbury, Brighton Music Conference, Rio Music Conference, Paris Fetish, Athens Pride as well as many top London clubs: Electrowerkz, Fold, EGG London, Colour Factory, Circa Embankment & Fire amongst others.

Also performed internationally (gigs & TV shows) in Brazil, Germany, Spain, France, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine and Greece.

🎵 DJ composer who took his first steps in Techno univers in 1998. This artist possesses a unique vision of the music that he produces.
His sensitivity, intense energy accompanied by an incredible fluidity of his gestures and a selection of quality characterize  this artist and his performances.
