What is Truth?

Truth is assumed, expected, and often not defined. Is there a definition for truth and can we know truth? Jesus claimed to be the truth, but what does he mean? In this brief recording we explore the answer to these questions: What is truth? What is true? How do we know it? What does Jesus mean by claiming to be the truth? In this recording, we provide introductory comments on the question of truth.

Abraham & Sarah, one of the main foundational lineage points of the Israelites and to whom 
the promise of descendants like the sand was given unto. This is essentially the 
foundational cornerstone of the faith in God, and one of the most common being his 
actions of taking Isaac to the woods to sacrifice him, but let’s look at a different portion. 
Before Isaac was even born, their faith was still being tested as we see in Paul’s letters. The 
test of believing that God would fulfill His promise to Abram in which they took a different 
route, yet it was still faithful to them in a way which we will look into. When you are tested 
with fire, gold & silver stand and as such all the impurities of their faith were wed out which 
ultimately led us to Abraham & Isaac in the woods and really the process of

Apologetics is the field of study that seeks to establish why the gospel of Jesus is the true revelation from God. The discipline seeks to present the truth of the gospel to the questions and struggles society grapples with daily.

Apologetics SA strives to lay a solid Biblical and theological foundation in every believer’s life with an in depth study of God’s Word, and then to build on that foundation with further theological and apologetics training on how to effectively present Christianity in a world that has become increasingly hostile to the gospel and to the truth.
