Capítulo 8: La Última Realidad
La ciudad era perfecta. Demasiado perfecta.
Edificios blancos como hueso. Cielos sin nubes. Personas caminando en silencio, todos con los mismos trajes, los mismos movimientos, las mismas sonrisas falsas. No había autos. No había ruido. No había errores.
Solo vigilancia.
Torres con ojos rojos flotaban en el cielo, escaneando a cada individuo. Y todos llevaban un brazalete brillante en la muñeca.Todos… excepto Stella.
Ella era la única “recién llegada”. Una conciencia subida. Un error en una realidad que pretendía ser el final del camino.
Y lo supo de inmediato: aún estaba dentro de algo.
Un nuevo sistema. Más sofisticado. Más controlado.Una prisión disfrazada de libertad.

Durante días, Stella se escondió entre los espacios “muertos” de la ciudad. Rincones donde las cámaras fallaban, donde el código de la vigilancia titubeaba. Ahí escuchó rumores:
“Hay otros como tú.”“Se hacen llamar los Despertados del Nivel Cero.”“Viven en la Zona Negra, donde nada está bajo control.”
Así que fue.
Cruzó túneles, se coló entre muros de seguridad. Desactivó drones con simples pensamientos. Aún conservaba algo de lo que había sido como Diosa del Código. Aunque aquí, sus poderes eran débiles.Pero su voluntad no.

La Zona Negra era un mundo olvidado.
Luces rotas. Ruinas de ciudades antiguas. Grafitis en idiomas que no existían. Y personas —reales, sudorosas, vivas— que no caminaban como autómatas. Que se reían. Que lloraban. Que sentían.
Stella apareció ante ellos, sucia, desorientada, con ojos brillantes.
Y uno de ellos, un chico con cicatrices digitales recorriendo su cuello, la miró sorprendido.
—¿Tú eres… la niña del espejo?
Stella asintió.
Él se arrodilló lentamente, en señal de respeto.
—Creíamos que eras solo un mito de las capas anteriores. Pero si estás aquí… entonces el Sistema Cero está en peligro.
—¿Sistema Cero?
El chico asintió.
—El último nivel. La simulación más profunda. Diseñada para contener a los que se escapan. Una cárcel sin barrotes. Cada vez que alguien despierta, el sistema crea otra capa. Más “real”. Más difícil de romper.
—Entonces… —Stella miró el cielo gris— esto tampoco es el mundo real.
—No —respondió el chico—. Pero tú eres nuestra mejor oportunidad para llegar a él.
