This then helped to highlight the different symptoms people experience when under eating including low energy and hair loss...which are actually signs that your thyroid is struggling. #345 Under-eating and your thyroid.

Imagine a lush garden. The flowers, trees, and fruits are visible to the naked eye. Yet, their roots, buried beneath the soil, are invisible but essential to their growth and beauty. In the same way, our spiritual world, invisible to our eyes, is the foundation of our existence.
