Renowned for his dark next-wave and slow techno soundscapes, French producer
MMYYLO is set to release his latest EP via German underground label Minimood.
Over the years, the artist has steadily carved out a distinctive presence in the
electronic music community, with his work gaining widespread support across
influential playlists and DJ sets worldwide. He is noted for his signature fusion of
analogue synthesizers, guitars, and haunting vocals. Titled Queenside Knight EP,

minimood026 embodies the synergy between MMYYLO’s gloomy, analogue-
driven compositions and Minimood’s unwavering commitment to deep, immersive

techno. Across six meticulously sculpted tracks, the EP draws listeners into a
cosmos of hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric textures, and shadowy horizons. This
sonic ensemble reflects both the artist’s as well as the label’s shared dedication to
pushing the boundaries of contemporary electronic music.

Aimes - Paroxysm Of Fear

With Kommen, E-Gerät & Dan Celot present three original tracks that showcase their distinctive blend of analog warmth, subtle groove, and atmospheric depth. Spread across three releases, the EP draws from cosmic disco, minimal wave, and leftfield electronics—balancing introspection and dance floor energy throughout.

The title track opens the series with moody pads, rubbery synths, and filtered percussion. Echoed vocals and a deep, playful groove give the track a hypnotic yet grounded feel, setting the tone for what follows. Italienisch shifts gears into a smoother, mid-tempo flow. Shimmering synths and soft percussive details create a nostalgic atmosphere, wrapped in understated elegance and retro minimalism. When Hai Say Hello adds a playful detour—rhythmically loose, sonically rich, and full of quirks. Bouncing basslines and offbeat synth motifs bring lightness and surprise, expanding the duo’s sound with character and charm.

The remixes across the EP bring fresh perspectives: Prins Thomas stretches Kommen into a psychedelic voyage of arpeggios and cinematic tension, while Hysteric strips it down to a raw, Italo-driven core. Franz Matthews transforms Italienisch into a melodic, layered trip, with Senior Citizen offering a vibrant, sunrise-ready version. Daensen closes out the reinterpretations with a unique, housy take—offbeat and cerebral. Seebo & Von Spazier rework When Hai Say Hello into a shadowy, hypnotic groove, trading bounce for spacious depth and tripped-out detail.

As a whole, Kommen captures the catalogue of E-Gerät & Dan Celot—refined, versatile, and always a few steps off the beaten path.

A highlight of their recent debut EP for Eskimo Recordings, Kate Stein & Lord Fascinator's Asteroid saw the psychotropic duo take us on a joyful joyride through the cosmos, its melodic synth-pop and trance inducing disco finding a hitherto unguessed at sweet spot somewhere between Spiritualized and Lipps Inc. Too much fun to keep to themselves our LA based duo have invited the likes of Aeroplane, Eli Escobar and BĘÃTFÓØT to join them on the trip and add their own touch to the track before it burns up on re-entry.

First up is high flying Belgian producer and DJ Aeroplane, who returns to Eskimo 15 years after the label released his acclaimed debut LP.  Responsible for some of the most iconic remixes around, you know you're in for a good time with Vito at the controls and he once again delivers a masterclass in pairing indie vocals and pop melodies with chrome plated disco beats and sky high synths. The result, a joyous celebration of love, chemicals and chemical induced love, sure to echo out over festival fields this summer.It's always a good sign when you see Eli Escobar's name on a track's credits and the NY producer has been delivering killer remixes for the likes of Lana Del Rey, M.I.A. and Honey Dijon for well over two decades now. Stripping Asteroid back to just the vocals and slowly but surely building it back up from there, Escobar delivers a killer synth-heavy house track for when you want to reset the vibe in the club and take things to the next level. It's set to a slow burning fuse but when it all kicks in this Asteroid explodes like a firework.Finally, taking time out from drumming duties with Red Axes Udi Naor slips into his BĘÃTFÓØT alias to deliver a frenetic, peak time remix of Asteroid. Throwing everything from pummelling martial drums, rave stabs, urgent synths and pitched up vocals into the mix, Naor's remix burns through the sky like a particularly wildly piloted UFO, a sci-fi synth stunner with all strobes set to stun.

Biography
Having cut her teeth in the art world working in spatial design Kate Stein made her musical debut in 2021, her hypnotic take on house quickly seeing her make appearances on labels sick as Roam Recordings, Playground Records, TAU and Rotten City.
Lord Fascinator meanwhile began his musical career as the frontman for Australian rock band Children Collide. Since relocating to NY and moving behind the decks he's DJ'd and performed all over the world sharing stages with the likes of The Avalanches and Tame Impala, been remixed by Prins Thomas, collaborated with Simple Symmetry, scored Hollywood films and produced immersive dining experiences in Mexico.

Louis De Tomaso, also known as Louis Rodgers, is a UK-based electronic producer known for his lush, synth-driven soundscapes. Drawing inspiration from '70s and '80s disco, italo, EBM, and cinematic synth music, his tracks blend nostalgia with cosmic futurism. Releases like In My Body (Ritmo Fatale), Kaiju (Polari Records), Messier Object (Space Factory), or Trisolaris (Feinstoff) most recently, showcase his signature mix of emotional depth and club energy. His music is romantic, powerful, and designed for both dancefloors and dreamscapes - evoking a sense of euphoric escape. With performances and features across Europe and support from tastemaker labels, De Tomaso is carving a unique path in modern electronic music.

Quick, somebody sound the klaxon to alert followers of chuggy-italo-cosmic-mutant style disco, we’ve got an absolute slam dunk here by Nutritious! 
Nutritious first came on our wave length via a flow of pretty amazing release via our very good friends at Paper Recordings (which you should really check out!) so we’re thrilled to snag him and his unique stylings on the Chromatic Palms E.P.

Norway in Italy begins the party and is a slo-mo funk laced groover with a relentless Bernie Edwards style bass line & ‘Nile style’ guitar licks that hook you right in from the off and guarantee much shoulder twitching. Spaced out synth sounds blast in & out alongside warped vocal samples to create a masterclass in how to do ‘weird & wonderful’ with a 10/10 score.

Acid Reign takes the crown for our most wonky sounding release of the year! Right off the bat is an insane sounding synth/bass sound hybrid that sounds like its from another dimension. A few disco strings pop up for a chat with some synth stabs, vocodered/Speak & Spell style vocals and a couple of dramatic drops make this an absolute dance floor mega weapon. Nutritious - Norway In Italy [Sprechen Records]

no_ip - Harlem [DSK Records]

A gloomy urban scene seen through a broken window, neon lights reflected in the glass. Fog envelops the dark skyscrapers, creating a dystopian atmosphere. MMYYLO is definitely back on Polaris.

He presents us with 'Fury', a dark song dripping with darkness.Brazilian maestro Waltervelt (Ellum, Diynamic,...) is also on hand with a remix full of madness that will have many screaming.

Berlin-based producer Wowa Effect returns to Feinstoff with Thirty, a groovy, piano-led house cut that radiates understated nostalgia. A warm melodic piano line drifts over classic stabs, a rolling bassline, and a steady 130 BPM rhythm, evoking the spirit of golden-era house and long nights in Berlin’s club corners.

Johannes Albert steps in with a remix that reshapes the track for peak-time play. Keeping the melodic core intact, he sharpens the groove with tight club dynamics, hypnotic stabs, and a raw 90s drive that brings the floor to life.

Both versions of Thirty trace different moods from the same source. One basks in daylight energy, the other pushes deeper into the night.
