No amount of healing - meaningful healing - can happen while we're still in denial. The problem with many women is our 'denial' is so high functioning that it benefits society. If we just carry on, say we're fine, take on more, ignore the dis-ease in our bodies, gaslight ourselves, gag ourselves, we can survive brilliantly. But survival mode in itself has a huge cost. We deserve to feel free and safe and held, and usually that starts with us - acknowledging that we need to change, drop the habits that keep us unwell, drop the people that make us feel small or worthless, move, evolve - find our own home within. That's what this song about, finding your voice, stepping into courage and discovering how to feel safe and free in your own life.

After more than three years building bridges between Argentina and Spain as a collective, Ørnament now takes the next step, consolidating itself as a record label.

Our first release, Mystic Frequencies I, marks the beginning of a series of compilations designed to explore the many dimensions of techno: from hypnotic and raw to groovy and atmospheric.

A Various Artists led by women producers, gathering both emerging and established talents, united by a common vision: channeling pure energy through frequencies that transcend borders and scenes.

In this selection, each artist reveals her musical essence, and we are truly grateful to have them with us for our very first release.

This debut is more than just a compilation, it is Ørnament’s statement of intent as a label. An invitation to dive into a sonic journey where each track opens a different portal to the mystical, the dark, and the collective.

Having created a handful of songs in my 20s with various producers that never really felt like they were mine and never got released, I started learning to produce my own music in my 30s, a slow process around motherhood and normal life. but deeply rewarding. I’ve released a handful of self-produced or co-produced tracks now and am really excited to be sharing a full length album this year, recorded and produced over several years in total, a collection of songs about life, motherhood, healing and coming home to yourself.

My latest single, Save the World, is a love letter to all my fellow creatives, sensitive souls, those who see the world a little differently. Co-produced, remotely, with Hattie Murdoch, who also mixed and mastered the track.

RONISA is a British-Iranian DJ, producer and radio host. Her creative selections bridge electronic genres with deep roots in minimal house, UKG and electro. She often reimagines music through the lens of the diaspora and blends Persian and SWANA elements into fast percussive hooks and nostalgic vocals reminiscent of another time and place.

RONISA is founder of @diasporic.daze a radio show, collective and event space celebrating artistry and music from the SWANA and POC diasporas. She is also co-founder of @mehmooni.london, a club night centring Iranian artists and is passionate about creating spaces of equity in the electronic scene.
