A veces es necesario arriesgar. En un mundo en el que la libertad creativa y de pensamiento está cada día más constreñida, se ha de escribir, decir, pensar... y por supuesto cantar lo que ciertas instancias de poder e ingeniería social deciden si es conveniente o no, si encaja con su paradigma de existencia esclava (socialismo) o no. Así que arriesgo y hago esta canción porque me sale de los cojones, para que se me entienda.

December 27, 2003. The first meeting of Nudlz & The Loop, although we were not yet N&TL.  L.A.S.H. stood for Live At (S’s) House. Loop pounded on a Peavey Foundation S bass with a ridiculous drum unit piped through his Peavey 158 bass amp, while Nudlz played his beautiful Fender Anniversary Stratocaster through a VOX AC15 amplifier. It’s getting fun, now.

Se trata de una remasterización de un tema poderoso y aparentemente complejo (pero sólo aparentemente, por su extensión, más que otra cosa) que compuse con la intención de culminar una etapa creativa que bebía de fuentes de interacción social y aislamiento colectivo. No digo más. Uno de tantos que forma parte de lo que he venido en llamar: "el ciclo de Castellón".
Esta canción la grabamos en el local de ensayo a la manera de un directo; es decir, sin audio montajes. Se nota en el sonido, en algunos pasajes tosco y generalmente pasado de vueltas. La energía y el poder se deben escuchar con la misma claridad que la armonía y el ritmo.
             Poco más hay que contar sobre este tema. Es la 3a versión que subo (y más que versión, se trata de una remezcla) con la que, finalmente, pueda aproximarme al sonido y el espíritu que anidaba en mi cabeza cuando la compuse y la grabamos en directo en el local de ensayo. El espíritu quedó como yo quería, porque lo transmite. Ahora bien... los matices sonoros (volumen, picos, dinámica, claridad, equilibrio...) se amontonan unos sobre otros, se tapan, se emborronan o brillan en relación a cómo se realiza la mezcla y acorde, siempre, de qué manera tenemos ese día la cabeza y los oídos. Artesanía del sonido, se llama. Un trabajo de chinos.

Viajeros del Tiempo -Revisitado 2025 (Edición Definitiva)

Esta canción se armó a partir de un recuerdo. En realidad, decir esto es una obviedad. Canciones, relatos, pinturas... ¿De dónde salen? Salen de los recovecos mentales (espirituales) del autor. Y este es un caso canónico. A If del Río la he visto saltar por barrancos y orillas escarpadas, también la he visto en las ensenadas libres del Cabriel: un sueño fugaz e inalcanzable al que le dedico esta canción. Porque la he visto muchas veces y es una sombra que me persigue. Pero una sombra bondadosa, que me mantiene en pie y que me inspira. Las canciones son esto mismo: lo que imaginas, lo que sueñas una noche, lo que deseas y lo que vives, aunque sea en mundo propios que en realidad no existen salvo en tu otro yo: ese que dejas suelto a través de un universo que sólo es tuyo y nadie más conoce.

Esta canción ha sido grabada a la manera de un directo en el Auditorio de CI, sin público. Se nota en la calidad del sonido. Sobre todo en lo referido a la sección rítmica.

Despite the second name, this was created by a human—an attempt to capture the current surreal and at times distant emotional experience of being a musician in a world increasingly filled with creatively competent artificial intelligence.

Performed on electric guitar, shaped entirely through analog effects pedals and a volume pedal, without MIDI or sequencers. The piece uses a non-traditional metronome: a repeating pulse of static. I then cut parts of the audio to create a grid of a static beat.

There are no strong transient peaks—just evolving textures that blur the line between rhythm and tone.

The composition unfolds in three slow-moving phases:

A beginning grounded by static pulse

A middle section that subtly lifts in texture and pace

An ending that dissolves into layered, minimal ambience. 

If you connect with artists like Grouper, William Basinski, Fennesz, or Oneohtrix Point Never, you might feel something here.

 Also considered were projects like Harmony Cloak, Poisonify - others like those discussed in Benn Jordans, "The Art of Poison Pilling Music Files" found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMYm2d9bmEA. This manifests in the use a non traditional metronome of static noise. 

No strong transient peaks to distinguish a pulse from texture. A slow-moving composition in three phases. Begins with a static pulse, evolving into deeper textures and eventually dissolving into layered, minimal ambience. 

The full piece tempo feels like it moves from ~72 to ~82 BPM, as the beat is there and yet not there. 

Slow-burning ambient track built around evolving textures, layered static, and minimal drone elements. This experimental composition blends ambient electronic sounds with a steady pulse in the opening, gradually transitioning into atmospheric soundscapes and immersive sonic environments.

Perfect for deep focus, meditation, late-night listening, or cinematic background sound. Influenced by ambient, drone, lo-fi, and post-electronic aesthetics.

I like to play riffs through Marshall Mini Stacks and go back later and add the BOSS effects.
