I could barely recall those landscapes I once saw as a child. In my memory, only pale shadows remained—sun-drenched afternoons, boys busy with the late-summer harvest, gruff old men proclaiming truths from their windows while the younger ones smoked their pipes below. And me—just a small, curled-up body vanishing beneath the sheets, telling myself ghost stories while waiting for morning’s gentleness. It was in those strange lands, where crickets sang and the sun burned the skin, that my mother was born.

 I'm stepping away from the current music industry's norms, aiming instead to cultivate a small, authentic community built on genuine connections.

My inspiration largely stems from dusky vibes, which I infuse with my own southern italian heritage. This blend allows me to create unique, often cinematic soundscapes with a distinctive clarity.

I'm a multi-instrumentalist, proficient on electric and acoustic guitar, keyboards, omnichord, and the OP-1 Field, and I handle all my own production.

My passion lies more in sound design than in traditional musicianship, with a strong emphasis on sonic experimentation. 

As Brian Eno wisely put it, "There's no point in creating music that imitates others; it only restricts true creativity."

“Judith van Waterkant was born in the beautiful baltic sea area and crashed into her fathers vinyl collection in a glas vitrine while dancing along with the record "Life is Life" at the tender age of 3. "Nananananaaa"!
Since then she’s not only gained a couple dangerous looking scars, which would be visible if she shaved her head, and gotten prepared to join in with the fights in the streets of Rostock, she’s also kept her deep passion of music with her, always on her mind. At the age of 14, she had a crush on her guitar teacher and has deeply loved music since that time, from every pore of her skin, which became even clearer to her later when she found herself in a massage circle where everybody was humming “Give Peace a Chance” in order to alleviate the difficulties and challenges of puberty. However, no one was supposed to find out about that. “If I die today, I’ll die happy” was her boozy attitude back then. It’s exactly this spirit that the Leipziger-by-choice tried to convey in her so-called Mindset-Sets, in a down-and-mid-beat-comfortzone between 100-115 BPM on the dance-floors of the world or on the couch at home.”

Kayoko Yuasa is a trombonist, composer, and arranger who graduated from the Jazz Course at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music. She has supported a wide range of artists across genres through live performances and studio recordings, and also works as a recording engineer.

As a composer/arranger, she has contributed to projects such as the Shitamachi Comedy Film Festival – Masaki Sakai Tribute Live produced by Seiko Ito, Clémentine’s CLEMENTINE SINGS Disney – A Parisian Stroll with Marie (big band arrangements), and BROWN, WHITE & BLACK, the solo album by playwright KERA. Yuasa is known for her creative use of analog synthesizers, including the Moog modular, in her music productions. Her digital release "Devotions～般若心経", created during the COVID-19 lockdown, reflects the spirit of Japanese Zen through samples of the Heart Sutra, environmental sounds, multicultural rhythms, synthwave, and trombone. The project gained international attention, receiving airplay on over 300 community radio stations across the U.S. and Europe.
