This is a progressive house mix made circa November 2009. Lots of bangers and vocals in this one; in part reminiscent of a recent journey to New York City for the first Electric Zoo festival. Also in part because it seemed like another chapter in life was coming to a close. The lyrics of all the tunes here just seemed to mesh well with this time of my life. Robbie Rivera's "Departures" was an absolute killer closer, leaving a sense of wanting so much more and wondering if anything would come in the future.

Having a passion for music for more than 3 decades ago, in 2020 i decided to become a DJ. My inspiration was Tim Gray and Alex Ackermann who later gave me a chance to play at their live event.
