I Land Sound time of the year! This year I performed on Saturday (14.07) at 17.00 and made the two-hour set time a new main hour, not holding back the energy & vibe. This is a live recording from one of my recent club gigs. It was the birthday bash of a friend, who really likes my way of playing and has attended a lot of my shows so far. So I was invited by his friends to their private Club, Studio 5 in Schaffhausen, to play there as a surprise act. Initié à l’art, aussi bien la musique que les autres disciplines, par Stéphane BRACONNIER, son oncle artiste peintre, BRAC tombe amoureux de la musique. Comme son oncle, il recherche une approche novatrice en mixant les techniques afin de ne pas rester dans une case et d’explorer plusieurs univers.

Jockkie, also known as Jock, is a talented producer, DJ, and digital artist hailing from Rotterdam, Netherlands. With roots in Suriname music, jazz, R&B, and electronic music, Jockkie has been heavily influenced by the diverse sounds and styles of his hometown.

Growing up, Jockkie was deeply involved in the music culture of Rotterdam, working at clubs and performing in DJ and B2B gigs in the genres: Latin House, BigRoom and EDM. After 10 years, he discovered his passion for melodic techno and began producing his own sound.


Jockkie's hard work and dedication to his craft have not gone unnoticed. His name has grown in popularity and respect in the melodic techno community. Therefore he started his own concept:

ATMASVARA 

"Atma" refers to the soul or the inner self, while "Svara" means sound or melody. Together, "Atmasvara" signifies the harmonious resonance of the soul, representing the connection between music, spirituality, and nature. With its unique and culturally rich quality.

Voetwerk

Having found his roots in electronic music at a pretty young age, a true profound love for Techno and deep melodic music has never been out of the picture for this deejay from Ghent (B).

In 2015 a project was launched: broadcasting monthly podcasts as his new, Melodic alter-ego, Voetwerk.

The invigorating, solid, and dynamic Melodic Techno sounds soon caught the ears of freshly started event- and music agency EILAND 9000. They gave Voetwerk the opportunity to cast his madness over a bigger audience. 

Feeling a firm connection and source of inspiration from major labels & artists such as AfterLife , Steyoke , Oddity records, Tale Of Us , Colyn , Bodzin, etc. combined with being the sparkling rebel that he is, every melodic techno fanatic is bound to be in for quite the (fistpumping) ride!
