CC is a bilingual Singer/Songwriter and author from Timmins, Ontario. At the age of sixteen, her father gave her a guitar, and almost immediately, she started writing and composing her own songs. "Music has always been an instrument for me to pour my heart and connect with God."

CC started performing in church at the age of 16. Her first single, "Wings of Gold," was released in 1997 on a compilation CD called "Airwaves His World His Music." In 2000, her Country CD, "Straight from Your Heart," received considerable airplay across Canada. Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with a chronic illness in her early 30s, CC was not able to fulfill her musical ambitions.

In May 2005, CC was miraculously healed by the power of God from fibromyalgia.  In 2016, a three-hour encounter in God's presence would forever change her and bring her back to the music.

In September of 2024, CC lost her brother Mike by suicide. “My brother always wanted me to go back to Country music. After losing him and going through so much in my life, emotionally and physically, I started pouring my heart into my songs again.  After years of writing and singing at home, I decided it was time to get back into Country music and finally come out of my bubble.”

In recognition of her talent, the Canadian Gospel Music Association nominated CC in 2020 for “Rock Song of the Year” and her significant contribution as a singer and songwriter for “Indigenous Song of the Year.”
In 2023, CC was nominated by the Canadian Gospel Music Association for “Pop Song of the Year” and “French Artist of the Year.”
