After a decade or so of playing together, this is our first official release as a band. It’s a mixture of original songs and tunes, inspired by people, places and issues of meaning to us. We hope most of those people know who they are.  Special mention goes to the Hailstones and the Robertsons; whose support of our various musical exploits are impossible to quantify by hugely appreciated.  Also, Aniruddh, our official photographer and close confidante.  We’d also like to thank Jack Trouble from Spiritual Records, who helped us capture all this music in the course of just one day. And Emily Magpie, who elevated the recordings with some wonderful mixing and mastering.

They started life as a guitar/violin folk duo playing in Edinburgh pubs. Since then, they've added a cellist and made their way to Brixton, Lundy Island and beyond.
