Initially inaugurated as an underground BYOB rave, Ambient Machine has hosted guests that included Aiden Francis, Toshiki Ohta plus many more.

'Drift' warps in and around breakbeat drum programming with extreme nose-tingling bass modulations.

'Clutch Control' draws for a ravey sound palate with snappy, syncopated percussion and an anthemic lead synth earworm, resemblant of early LFO productions on Warp Records.

Pour cet épisode 160, je rencontre Philippe De la Nouvelle.
J’ai rencontré Philippe grâce à Jean-Daniel Beurnier patron du magasin Bikery qui équipe cet aventurier pour son prochain défi sportif. Il s'agit cette fois de battre le record du Monde en longueur d'un tracé "Strava Art" ou "dessin GPS". Certains utilisateurs imaginatifs de Strava créent ces dessins en planifiant des parcours qui, une fois enregistrés et visualisés sur la carte, forment des motifs ou des images reconnaissables.
Le record du monde de la plus grande longueur d'un tracé en Strava Art a déjà été établi par Frédéric en tandem avec sa fille Mathilde. Ils ont parcouru une distance totale de 2 162 km pour dessiner un cœur sur la carte de France. Cet exploit a été réalisé pour soutenir l'association Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque et a été officiellement reconnu par le Guinness World Records. Cette fois, Frédéric se lance seul pour tracer une fleur qu’il a baptisée « La Fleur de l’Espoir ». Un espoir qui est destiné à voir des solutions apparaître pour combattre la maladie d’Alzheimer, qui a emporté sa mère.
Frédéric de Lanouvelle est journaliste et aventurier. Il a été reporter et présentateur pour BFMTV et TF1 et porte-parole du ministère de l’Intérieur. Il a longtemps couvert l’actualité sur le terrain et en studio. Passionné de sport et de nature, il s’engage depuis une quinzaine d’années dans des défis qui allient aventure et solidarité et qu’il fait partager au plus grand nombre dans les médias : traversée du désert d’Atacama à pied, ultra-trails, nage en eau glacée ou encore record du monde du plus grand dessin GPS à vélo… Cette fois, le dessin GPS qu’il a imaginé représente près de 6000 km qui seront parcourus à vélo sur environ 40 jours, à raison de 150 km par jour, avec 60 000 mètres de dénivelé positif à gravir.
Écoutons Philippe avec qui j’ai échangé quelques jours avant son départ le 20 juin. Ce projet inédit traversera plus de 40 départements et 10 régions françaises, mêlant aventure humaine, prouesse sportive et engagement solidaire.
