I am KROENEN – and I’ve always been KROENEN... since 2007.
I’m a German musician. My music is 100% non-profit (but not free to use).
My digital sound is dark, hard, and crystal-sharp electro noise, fused with badass dystopian future vibes – raw and gritty in the style of French new rave. Brutal, noisy, intense. Sometimes influenced by anime and fantasy elements, powered by the spirit and heroism of Japanese pop culture.

started this track in 2014 as a sound design project with an ms-20 and running sounds through guitar amps. inspired by some justice tracks, old skrillex, the prodigy, rezz, and nero too. something different for my style also.

If you like progressive French Electro, this is your jam. I built this entirely for the vibes, focusing on one thing: The Pulse.

You're going to hear a relentless, lo-fi synth bass driving the entire track. It’s gritty, it’s raw, and it doesn't stop. I layered it with long, evolving musical interludes where the synths just build and build, taking you on a full sonic journey.

The Japanese words—"Lumière Shock!"—are just triggers. They're not a story; they're rhythmic commands for the music to shift. The focus is the shock, the beat, and the light.

Music Producer/DJ

ORYX is a versatile DJ and producer known for delivering dynamic, genre-spanning performances and productions. With over a decade of experience, he has built a reputation for exploring the boundaries of electronic music, blending Techno, Drum and Bass, House, and Dubstep with influences from Trap, Hip-Hop, Rock, and experimental styles.

Since launching his career with the self-released single Moda in 2019, ORYX has steadily evolved, releasing standout tracks such as Midnight, Digital, X, and Gradients. In 2022, his debut album Model One showcased a bold, multi-genre approach, followed by the atmospheric and dark Spirits in 2023. This year, his sound has grown even more distinct with Drum and Bass releases like Exertion, Nightfall, and Timpani. Heading into 2025, ORYX is expanding his artistry further with projects spanning multiple genres, continuing to push creative boundaries.

ORYX’s performances are marked by dynamic mixing and striking visuals. He has played at iconic venues such as Fabric, Ministry of Sound, Dubai's Hyatt Regency Hotel, and in Athens. He has also performed alongside electronic music legend deadmau5 at Motion Bristol.

Balancing creativity and technical skill, ORYX continues to connect with diverse audiences while pushing the boundaries of electronic music.

His musical journey unfolds through The Rooky Flange, pushing boundaries between jungle, reggae and experimental sounds, while Rflange Project explores editorial ventures and visual storytelling.
Years of computer-assisted music production have shaped his unique sonic universe, where his graphic designer's eye creates bridges between visual and audio landscapes. Driven by passion for electronic sounds and visual creation, Bob Rooky continues contributing his own flavor to France's rich electronic scene.
