We chose the title: ODE TO THE FAIRY SLIPPERS. I wrote this music for 6 15-string harps c4-c6. This iis an excerpt (full = 5'02"). Listen in STEREO.Part 1 and 6 are for beginner off harpists, parts 2-5 are for beginners from scratch. Within the limitation of the 15 strings and the possibilities of the harpists, I think I managed to create some nice music. Pls, let us know how you like it. With THIS TITLE we like to add to the awareness for the beauty of nature, as the dancing fairies show us. Fairy Slipper is a threatened species. THANK YOU. Hi, all! Thanks for stopping by and for taking the time to check out my music :). I use Logic Pro X, Reason 10, but my mainstay is my Akai MPC Live drum machine.

I dabble with beats and songs in all different genres…except country music. Just not my cup o tea 🤷🏻‍♂️🫠.

I'm always appreciative of the likes and follows, and strive to respond to all follows or likes with a message of appreciation!

I left my beginner songs up to show the progression of my development as a producer. Some of my earlier beginner songs needed revisions, mastering, or were just concepts for songs/beats that I wanted to share with y’all. Just a heads up 🤪. I wanted to upload everything I produced So I could trace my development as a producer all the way from a novice to where I’m at right now. 😎

I started this account in 2018. 

Everyone starts somewhere, and it's been a beautiful journey that I hope to continue for many more years to come. It's truly been a pleasure to meet fantastic artists and producers who both inspire and reinforce my faith in humanity. Music is life. MARJA DE JONG, SINGER/SONGWRITER, graduated for classical solo singing  after studying at the conservatories of Arnhem with Rita Dams and The Hague with Wout Oosterkamp. She attended master classes in several styles e.g. ancient music with Emma Kirkby, modern music with Cornelia van der Horst and opera with Marlena Malas.
Besides that, Marja de Jong got acquainted with the lighter repertory, folk music and meditative music. She sings while accompanying herself on several instruments in various genres.
Marja de Jong makes her warm voice sound, with such intent and ease that it touches the audience.  She radiates a rainbow of tone colours.
