Primary marks the center of The Hymnal. It is ruled by Libra and positioned between sorrow, chaos, and transformation. In the myth, this is the golden age of the Arcani. Under Anthromancer’s silent guidance, the Arcanum brings power, beauty, and connection to all of Akash. Cities rise; matter bends, and the song of progress hums beneath.

In Mercenarium, Primary lets you glimpse the future—three Hymnal cards revealed, one chosen. It’s a quiet card, but one that can utterly reshape the game. In Dragonfruit, it represents knowledge: the power of understanding, the control of perception. Its alteration is empathy born of awareness.

Primary is the only instrumental track on the album. No lyrics. Just a chill, glassy sci-fi soundscape. Built in collaboration with Patrick Creselius, who brought dynamic shape and color to its minimalism.

FUTURA (Andrey Shushukin) аvant-garde of Russian rave. A real adept of vinyl. Started his career in 1995 in Moscow. 
Over the past 3 decades, with equal success, he conducted the mood of techno raves in different parts of the world and private bohemian parties in Ibiza, Malta, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc.

Music under the pseudonym Futura is released on California label Conceptual Records and domestic Svoboda After and Triori Records. Most often the artist can be heard at Gazgolder club, Moscow. 

The musical range of the artist covers the whole spectrum of futuristic music of the last decades - from 70’s Ambient and Kraut-Rock, the trendiest 80’s New Beat and EBM, through hypnotic 90’s Acid House and Detroit Techno, to Romanian minimal, a style adored on the world dancefloors.

Anthromancer is the sonic wing of a transmedia myth created by Daniel James Drake—a fusion of game, oracle, and concept album. The debut LP, The Hymnal, scores the fall and rebirth of a fictional civilization, blending icy electronica with poetry into a 13-track spiritual epic.

Our sound is somewhere between The Postal Service, Muse, Aesop Rock, and Nobuo Uematsu, with shades of Röyksopp and our venerable RPG nostalgia. The sound is cinematic, existential, and driven by a hunger to be known.
