Being a producer-slash-DJ (and not the other way around), this is the first set I managed to string together well enough to consider sharing! Although unfortunately the 'totally-better' first attempt (not this) was marred by ridiculous DC gain bus. So back to square one it was, and I re-recorded (admittedly there are still issues). 

Not anywhere near the level of my production skills, but to be fair that was years worth of work! This is just experiments over a couple of weeks.

Between Times — London-born, Shanghai-based Jack Richardson — explores the space ‘between’ emotion, genre and focus through music rich in depth, contrast and emotion. 

Challenging direct categorisation, Between Times focuses on finding a place between background and foreground, where music and emotion permeate life. It’s life itself that inspired the name, with music being created ‘between’ everything else. This is reflected in the driving nature of the music Between Times produces, which navigates life’s complexities. 

With wide-ranging influences — and a background teaching Music at top levels — Between Times draws upon EDM, IDM, ambient and experimental pedigrees - although none quite house a particular song. Songs possess a depth of emotion, connecting to life’s experience  and challenges. This is reflected also in the album art, photography and visuals - a busy life, with music providing an outlet. 

Drawing upon neurodivergent tendencies (Jack is mixed-type ADHD himself), Between Times champions creativity, uniqueness and individuality. Listeners who find their brain runs like a machine, or whose emotions can change in an instant, will find value in the frenetic drive and cloudy atmospheres that personify Between Times’ music.

With already more than 3400 tracks finished in about 30 differents genres (but focusing mostly on House, Trance, Trap, Future Bass, Hardstyle and Dubstep), DP aka Doctor PI is a french producer making beats since late 2008.
His influences come from various artist like Afrojack, Sebastian, Sweedish House Mafia, Infected Mushrooms, Psycraft, Hallucinogen, ATB, Cosmic Gate, Atomic Cat  or Angerfist (also Hanz Zimmer, Mike Oldfield and many more in other genres).

Gerardo Guzman is a composer of electronic music of the Trance and Synthwave genres

He likes to be inspired to compose grooves with the Mashcine and MPC drum machines as well as the Ableton Live Session Sample Mix. 

The compositions in his songs are layered to generate emotional moments when making the transitions of sounds in the instrumental groups

He likes electronic music because of the groove and because it is a means of artistic expression that cannot be politicized and allows him to give emotional variety to music fans
