The Levitation Festival is a psychedelic rock event held in Austin, TX (and now France, as well) since 2008. Members of The Black Angels and The Brian Jonestown Massacre (who are mainstays each year) are a part of the Reverberation Appreciation Society that created the festival. This episode focuses on most of the bands attending in 2025.

Official DNY performing the EP '' OVERWHELMED NIGHT '' 


OVERWHELMED NIGHT is an intimate journey through solitude, longing, and the fragile process of letting go. Written in the haze of late nights and restless thoughts, the EP moves from shadows to light from the silence of being left behind, to the burning questions of love, and finally towards the imperfect clarity of acceptance. Each track is a fragment of a sleepless night, carrying the listener deeper into the mind before setting them free at dawn.

A spoken word piece, haunted by atmospheric sounds and distorted textures. The clock strikes, voices blur, and the satire of 3:33 becomes a doorway into the world of the EP.

going on
A confession of sudden loneliness. Everyone’s gone without warning, leaving nothing but silence and the weight of not knowing how to move forward.

where did you go?
A desperate question wrapped in melancholy. Addressed to a lover or perhaps to anyone who ever disappeared without reason it aches with both beauty and pain.

love me?
The breaking point. A final question whispered to the void, asking if love still exists. The sound begins to open, lighter yet trembling, carrying the hope of release.

im jealous.. okay?
A bittersweet closure. More vibrant and free, yet still raw with selfish honesty. It accepts jealousy as part of healing, a flawed but human step towards moving on.
