Lost and found. 
I recently found a couple of old shoeboxes, full of memorabilia from the 90s and 00s. Amongst many photos (real paper pictures), tonnes of flyers and other various items (I won’t get into that lol) I found a few cd’s, minidisc’s and dat’s. Those are live recordings of parties/Dj sets I did around the world, from my hometown Budapest to Ibiza to the Philippines and so on. I’m currently in the process of digitizing them and while doing so, I found this particular mix of one of my sets at Bora Bora. So many beautiful memories came flooding back instantly. Hands down the best daytime party experience. Bora Bora’s vibe was exceptional. That spot always had a very good crowd. The mixture was just perfect. It was international and it was all about the love of music. Bora Bora was also a hub where Dj’s, promoters, producers, dancers and all kinds of people from within the industry, were soaking up the vibe and getting down to the sound of fellow Dj’s. Incoming Airplanes flying overhead made the whole thing even more surreal. It was free and boy it was wild! The summer of 2002 was all about tracks like Octave One and Ann Saunderson’s mighty ‚Blackwater’, X-Press 2 and David Byrne’s ‚Lazy’. John Ciafone’s Remix of Underworld’s ‚Two Months Off’ and ‚Love Story’ off course, by Layo & Bushwhacka. At that point in time, those records were staples in every Dj’s box and many of them stayed with us to this day, just to become true classics. Also at Bora Bora, I was fortunate enough to meet a few of the Dj's and producers I admire. Danny Tenaglia, Roger Sanchez and Bob Sinclar amongst others.
