El productor francés destila el original hasta un núcleo de melodic house emocional y tensado, donde un bajo palpitante sostiene pads granulares y un lead en espiral que entra y sale como neón bajo lluvia. Solche Momente sind selten, oft flüchtig und vergänglich, und doch hinterlassen sie Spuren. Zurück bleibt ein Schatten darüber, dass es nicht mehr ist. Erst später erkennt man die Wärme, die dieser Moment hinterlassen hat.

Genau solche Augenblicke zeigen uns, was wir uns wirklich wünschen. Sie erinnern uns daran, dass wir all das und noch mehr verdienen – und dass es gut ist, für sich einzustehen und sich treu zu bleiben.

Berlin’s live-electronic visionaries GHEIST join forces with Ukraine’s melodic house prodigy 8Kays for Flowers & Guns, a collaboration that blurs the lines between indie dance and progressive house. Following GHEIST’s Searching Places EP, which drew acclaim for its original tracks and remixes from Mark Hoffen, Oliver Koletzki, and Unfazed, this partnership marks a new chapter of artistic synergy.

"This track is the most special one for me so far," shares 8Kays. "It was born from hearing a spectacular and profound idea from GHEIST, which immediately inspired me to start working on it, incorporating a live piano performance and the arrangement I wanted to embrace with the sound I produced. Later, GHEIST shaped the project into the final version we hear today: a tender and emotionally deep piece of music that I am truly grateful to be part of."

Flowers & Guns merges GHEIST’s textured, dramaturgically rich electronic approach with 8Kays’ signature melodic depth and eloborate arrangements, weaving shimmering synths, rounded basslines, and live piano into a soundscape both expansive and intimate. Mazi is a DJ from Lublin, now based in Warsaw, steadily strengthening his presence on Poland’s electronic scene. His sets are an emotional, melodic and hypnotic journey through progressive sounds. He regularly performs at top Warsaw venues such as Niebo, Iskra, Poziomy, Smolna, Praga Centrum, Piekło Nad Niebem, and also plays across Poland, including Schron, Transformator, Crackhouse and Nowa Rezydencja. He has appeared at major festivals like Summer Contrast, Wisłoujście, Techno Las and Project Masow, and has supported artists such as @kasstechno, @gheistmusic, @laytongiordani, @ntonto, @extrawelt4real and many others. In the muno.pl polls, he was recognized as “Discovery of the Year” (2021), and in 2024 he ranked 12th in the “Polish DJ of the Year” category.

Born and raised in the heart of the Netherlands, under the wings of my proud Macedonian mother and hard-working Dutch father. I grew up surrounded by electronic music from the '90s, which laid the foundation for my love of sound.

BIO:
Deckster SD fell in love with dance music at a young age. Captivated by the pulse of club culture, he grew up on the iconic sounds of legendary Dutch nightlife, shaped by regular visits to hotspots like Waakzaamheid, IT Amsterdam and the famed Roxy.

Driven by a deep addiction to music, he is constantly chasing fresh sounds and unexplored styles. His wide musical spectrum and relentless hunt for unconventional tracks shape a signature energy that’s unmistakably his own. Today, this passion also comes to life in his role as a resident DJ for Libertas Music Radio, where he showcases the finest in progressive house — and on stage, including returning to Amsterdam Dance Event once again in 2025.

For Deckster, it’s all about the joy of sharing music and creating vibe. His sets are rich in contrast and always evolving, blending progressive house with tech influences, organic grooves and the occasional breakbeat twist — never limited by the unwritten rules of genre. You’ll often hear warm melodic layers, deep basslines and tactile percussion steering the momentum, favoring hypnotic flow over explosive maximalism. His sound invites listeners into a journey: danceable, emotional and full of subtle detail.

At the core of his musical identity are organic and downtempo progressive rhythms, grounded in bold drums, warm basslines and earthy percussion. Expect expressive, hypnotic tunes that flow with warmth, depth and connection — crafted for both the dancefloor and the mind.

Jen van Banks nutzte den pandemiebedingten Hausarrest, um ihren Traum vom DJing zu verwirklichen. Mit großem Erfolg: Sie gewann schnell eine wachsende Online-Community und beeindruckte auch etablierte Kollektive wie z.B. den Macher des "Das Kind in dir"-Podcast Daniel alias Müdebär. Dies führte zu aktuell über 90.000 Streams und 700 Followern auf SoundCloud. Live aufgelegt hat Jen unter anderem beim CSD Dresden und gab 2022 ihren ersten Clubgig im Electric Ballroom. Seit 2023 gehört sie zu deren Crew. 

Jen verfügt über eine tiefgründige Wahrnehmung ihrer Umgebung und Mitmenschen. Oft ist sie als stille Beobachterin unterwegs, besitzt aber auch eine lebhafte Seite. Diese beiden Facetten, ruhig und dynamisch, laut und leise, spiegeln sich in ihren melodischen und gefühlvollen Mixen wider, die mal mit Energie voranschreiten und an anderen Stellen von Feinfühligkeit getragen werden. Mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Melodic House & Techno sowie Progressive House, präsentiert Jen van Banks eine besondere Klanglandschaft, die ihre Online-Community immer wieder begeistert.

Am liebsten taucht Jen voll und ganz in ihre Musik ein, bevorzugt online. Live-Auftritte sind somit eine seltene Gelegenheit, Jen beim Auflegen erleben zu können.
