En su guest mix para The Wayfarer Podcast #61, 2xicas firma un set que entra sin pedir permiso: 21 cortes que cruzan hardgroove/techno funcional con ADN ghetto/hard-dance, guiños de rap y una dosis precisa de nostalgia rave. Una selección “fun-first” que prioriza impacto y actitud por encima del purismo, y que entiende algo básico del club actual: la pista quiere emoción, sorpresa y descaro.

El mix abraza un universo sonoro compartido más por la actitud que por el subgénero: percusiones hipnóticas, bajos que empujan, samples con picardía y explosiones vocales que encienden al instante. De Ned Bennett a Stef Mendesidis, de MCR-T/Partiboi69 a DJ Heartstring, el hilo conductor es el hedonismo sin complejos.

Arranque (1–4): Groove percusivo y declaración de intenciones. La doble aparición de Ned Bennett aporta cohesión rítmica mientras “I Love Sax” pone un toque juguetón que define el tono lúdico del set.

Cuerpo (5–10): El set endurece el gesto. Jody6 y TineX elevan la presión; Prime Mover y Stef Mendesidis llevan al warehouse sobrio; “Blow My High” irrumpe con el carisma rave-memético justo cuando el cuerpo lo pide.

Pivote (11): “Nessaja” de Scooter es la carta nostalgia que, bien colocada, convierte la pista en coro. Valiente, efectiva y con retorno emocional altísimo.

Clímax (12–17): Reaceleración con “Furious Loop”; “Get Dirty” brilla como banger de nueva escuela; el bloque vocal con Rico Nasty/Boys Noize y Bad Boombox/MC Yung aporta swagger; “Bae” de DJ Heartstring ofrece el gran desahogo melódico.

Cierre (18–21): Regreso al groove con sello propio (CucaRafa, Lars), un reset elegante con Funk Assault y un telón contundente con Isaiah.

Un guest mix contundente y con personalidad, que retrata con acierto el presente del club: hardgroove musculoso, swagger sin vergüenza y nostalgia bien dosificada. 2xicas apuesta por el goce inmediato y acierta. Con dos respiros estratégicos y un mejor espaciado de los cortes vocales, el set pasa de muy bueno a memorable.
