A digitally re-recorded version of big part of the set I performed at the live-stream event. Due to some copyright anomalies the stream was unfortunately cut after the 2nd hour. One of the turntable needles was apparently causing issues as well, so some spots of the audio are showing distortion. All that lead me to the decision to make this digital re-cap of the evening which was otherwise a cool one. :)

Paolo Calvaruso (A.K.A. Groove Empathy) discovers his passion for DJing in 2014, approaching and falling in love with the psy movement.
In fact, the first mixing experiences involved all kind of Psy genres, finally arriving to the beloved Zenonesque/Dark Prog music along side all kind of Downtempo and Chill-Out music.

After two years he feels the need to expand his musical selection to all his beloved musical genres, moving away from the prevalence of electronic music and starting to melt it with old and contemporary sounds, to create combinations ever more stimulating and unexpected for listeners' ears.
Now the best way to express himself and his musical empathy is, whithout any doubt, playing Chill-Out/Alternative DJsets.

In 2016 joins the Fractal Forest Family as DJ and Alternative Stage Manager for family's Party!
In 2019 he joins forces and start co-operating and organizing parties with Out of Control PsyFamily!
By now Groove Empathy brought his selection in parties and festivals like 7Chakras Festival, Shankra Festival, Atlas Gathering, etc. in Italy and all over Europe (Swiss, Spain, Denmark, ...).

His DJsets are never prepared, the musical selection is improvised on the spot in order to fit the situation and follow the dancefloor vibes at the best of his capability!

Ormai è senza dubbio tramite i DJset Chill-Out/Alternative che riesce veramente a esprimere se stesso e l'affinità musicale.

He unveils his intimacy, expressing vulnerability. 
He plays just like he would write a love letter but at the same time, he goes big and remains cinematic.

Trained as a guitarist, Eric first honed his musical skills playing in caravans with Gypsies.

At the age of fifteen, he was already roaming at Folies Pigalle on Wednesdays, Rex Club on Thursdays, Jazz bars and trailers on weekends, under the caring protection of Marcel Campion and the descendants of Django Reinhardt. 

From his experiences with Gypsies, he earned a sense of freedom and a keen ear for improvisation across all genres of music.
While Eric's DJ sets and productions primarily feature electronic music, he consistently infuse them with strings, brass, or eclectic sounds that strengthen his surprising universe. 

It all makes sense and it becomes his signature: « A Dialogue between the Beat and the Vibe »

I'm NAST, an Amsterdam based DJ who loves mixing electronic music such as NuDisco, Disco House, Funk, Lounge, Deephouse and Progressive House

Passionné de musique , sous le nom "Seba Abderrahim" agé d'a peine de 15 ans le jeune ambitieux commence a mixer des sets , son oreil musicale lui a permis d'aller vers la production ses morceaux encore inédits étaient appréciés par les jeunes clubbeurs qui disaient que Tommy surprend par sa créativité...entretient et cultive sa passion pour la musique en marquant sa griffe tout ce qu’il touche.

Heavily influenced since childhood by legendary electronic music bands such as The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Lamb, Massive Attack, Underworld, Aphex Twin, Orbital, Hybrid, Way Out West, Global Communication and then pioneers such as Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Anthony Pappa, Danny Tenaglia, Satoshi Tomiie, Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, Larry Heard a.k.a. Mr. Fingers, Josh Wink, Kevin Saunderson to name but a few... I felt true attraction, discovered and ultimately fell completely in love with the DJ-craft or as I like to call it "the art of musical storytelling". It's been almost 25 years since this love runs through my veins and keeps growing as it's been fuelled by the incomparable feeling of sharing those inner experiences with like-minded people and fellow music lovers.

About my work – attention to detail in order to attain perfection in my studio mixes and live sets. I'm always looking for innovation and diversity. Trying to make a difference and leave my mark by always presenting something new, perceived as "outside the box", something that doesn't necessarily appeals to the masses but for those who share a deeper understanding and appreciation for the music in its richness. That is why my sets combine multiple flavors of carefully chosen underground electronic sound. Perfectionism concerning mix and music selection has always been a must and it can be easily sensed in my work, particularly when it comes to my studio projects. We do not form an opinion about a person based on their nationality, origin, religious affiliation, health situation or skin color, but solely on their character. We have no political standpoint and no prejudices, but we believe that you should never do things that you would not want to experience yourself, and we are against all forms of violence and abuse – physical and psychological. Do what you want as long as you don’t harm anyone else.

If you want a better world, be the change you want to see in yourself, because that’s the only way to do your part. Be funny, weird, honest, humble, down to earth and above all be real, because only then will you be your unique self that wants to unfold and be accepted and loved by you. This is how you attract those people into your life who love you for who you really are. Viva Electronica Music releases music from known and unknown artists. At the end of the day, we all love music that we can feel deeply and that makes us dream or dance. That’s why we don’t primarily pay attention to the fame of an artist, but only to whether we love the melody, the style and the overall concept of a track. This applies to our YouTube promotion as well as the tracks we release on our label.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Sam Cooke has acquired an impressive reputation in a short space of time with his Covsky production moniker.
 
Marking his first release with an appearance on 3rd Avenue’s “Three of a Kind #05” in July 2020, productions signed to Forward Music, Future Avenue and Massive Harmony Records followed before “Whole 9” featured on Steve Marx and Tripswitch’s onedotsixtwo in December 2021.

Now the Australian boasts another first with three new original tracks on Meanwhile Horizons. A confident and assured debut, Covsky ventures out into the deep with an inspiring “Space Walk”.
