In a world long abandoned by humans, where the echoes of industry are buried beneath endless dunes, a lone robot awakens with a singular purpose: to find heavy metals in the wastelands. You are DETR-9 (short for "Desert Exploration & Treasure Retrieval Model 9"), a quirky, solar-powered bot with a heart of gold (figuratively, of course). Equipped with a half-functioning metal detector, a sardonic AI companion named SPARC, and a stubborn streak of curiosity, you must traverse the post-apocalyptic desert and piece together the mysteries of the world that came before.

The music is trying combine the instrumentation of what we typically associate with Pirates, and islands, and throw a modern twist on it. We contorted the instrumentation to give it a ghost, modern, ambient spin.

Shadow's Grove is the capstone game project from my last 2 years in the music program at DigiPen. The game is an atmospheric, emotional journey about grief and letting go, centered around our two main characters, Astrid, and her wolf companion, Eri. It marks the culmination of all the composition and sound design classes I took over the 4 year degree, and is a collection harmony, melody, and mix that I'm really proud of! Hope you enjoy :)

I am a composer and sound engineer with over a decade of experience in creating music that tells stories and builds worlds. My work spans across film, video games, theater, advertising, and collaborations with artists. I specialize in writing emotional, cinematic, and atmospheric music, from delicate acoustic pieces to epic orchestral scores and immersive soundscapes.
