David Allen and Edward Lamont: creating healthy high-performance teams with GTD principles

Soojin Han, a professional musician, shares her insights on getting things done and her journey as a violinist. She discusses the importance of mental practice and the challenges of performing at a top level. She shares her early encounters with the violin and the recognition she received at a young age. The conversation also touches on Soojin's upbringing in the UK, her time living on the Isle of Man and how it shaped her love for nature. Soojin also discusses the recognition of Korea as a country and the rise of K-pop, and how it has affected her as a Korean musician. She opens up about her medical journey and the transformative effect it had on her perspective on life and music.
