On 21.12.2024, I had the honor of playing my biggest gig yet at Schallwerk, Oberhausen, for the Close event. For 2.5 hours, the room was filled with the pounding rhythms of hard groove, the soaring energy of hard trance, the infectious drive of hard bounce, and the raw, underground vibe of ghetto trance.

The energy in the venue was unreal—every drop, every transition felt electric, with the crowd locked in from start to finish. It was a night where everything just clicked, and Schallwerk turned into a true rave sanctuary.

This set was recorded, so if you weren’t there, you’ll still get to experience it soon. Big thanks to everyone who made this night so special—this one’s going to stay with me for a long time.

Rawreiniger is a DJ and producer from Bielefeld, Germany, who’s been quietly but steadily making his mark on the local scene since 2023. His sets are a high-octane blend of Trance, Hardgroove, Hardbounce, and Ghetto Trance—genres that reflect his love for hard-hitting, energetic beats. While his name might not yet echo across massive stages, in Bielefeld, Rawreiniger is carving out his own lane.

His musical journey began in 2017 with Trap beats and Rap productions, and though his focus has shifted toward the harder side of electronic music, he still crafts Trap beats and collaborates with local artists. This duality gives his sound a unique edge.

His latest release, Borderline (2024), has already resonated with listeners, and his upcoming track, Ziemlich Bitter, a collaboration with Johnny Sparrow, promises to push boundaries even further. While still building his discography, Rawreiniger’s dedication to his craft is clear, and his music is steadily finding its way to wider audiences.

With a growing list of bookings and a loyal following in his hometown, Rawreiniger stays humble but ambitious. For him, it’s all about creating authentic connections through sound and keeping the energy alive, no matter the crowd size.

Meet the producer who once got into a heated beatboxing battle with a confused FedEx driver who turned out to be three raccoons in a trenchcoat (they won, but only on a technicality). Legend has it that this absolute menace learned music production from a wise old vending machine that exclusively spoke in early 2000s pop lyrics and would only dispense wisdom if you fed it expired fruit snacks. The machine now works as a part-time lifecoach for squirrels with commitment issues. Producing beats from a studio that might actually be a portal to another dimension (still waiting on the inspection results, but the ghost that lives in the microwave swears it's legit). Sometimes the beats make objects float, but only on Tuesdays, and only if Mercury is in retrograde while wearing Crocs.
