Tracy shares how connection is at the heart of everything he does — from founding the Men’s Toolbox Lunch to encourage men to gather vulnerably and authentically, to championing causes like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dress for Success Houston, the Houston Symphony, and the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife, Valerie, will even co-chair the upcoming Dress for Success Gala together.
