Something more than ‘reorganisations’ and cash injections aimed only at buying off the discontent is needed. If Britain is to retain any shred of its industrial manufacturing base, which consists not only of industrial machinery but also of industrially skilled labourers, the relentless drive towards total destruction must be halted and reversed now.
